Chelsea is easily one of the best restaurants in Santa Monica. The atmosphere is beautiful, the service was exceptional, and every part of the experience exceeded our expectations.

We returned to Chelsea for my wife's birthday. They greeted us with (complimentary) glasses of Prosecco! I don't know if that is their standard way of celebrating a birthday, but it was very nice. The service and food could not be better. Of course, we ate too much, sharing a couple small plates: watermelon & yellowtail (wow!) and stuffed squash blossoms.
