“THE OG HDOS LOCATION!! No frills, just your classic plain corn dog. Always the beef corn dog. It's such a quintessential, LA staple from Santa Monica beach since the 1940s. HDOS holds a special place in our hearts since we had them cater our late night snack for our wedding! (Shout out to the Kardashians for keeping them alive and well at their catering parties hahahah; Kourtney tends to hire them more lol) They also have their food truck(s) serving around the greater LA. Love you HDOS. A staple in so many mall food courts from the past to the present. Appreciate you for holding on!!! (their Puente Hills food court location just closed recently....sadness!) “Wurstkuche offers a selection of meats and there's also vegetarian options as well. I tried the vegan meat and it was pretty good! Loved the sauces and toppings that they offer and their fries are delicious and thick. I also ordered a belgian beer called Fruli and it tastes like straight strawberry juice--right up my alley! There's plenty of seating and it has a chill vibe to it.“

“I missed this place so much! I haven't been here since pre-covid. A wonderful friend turned me on to this place! I appreciate the free parking in the back. I usually come here too in the past, and now when I bring riders down here to Hollywood Sunset Strip. I love this cool train car turned into a great burger and hot dog restaurant. It is really clean inside and outside. The guy at the cashier is really nice, helped me out super well with my order. The cook, who you can see right in front, works really hard!!! Give these guys a raise. Ok... to the good stuff now...the Food! My order was simple, and usually, the same. Tonight, I got a chili burger, chili hot dog, no onions, as I am allergic to them. I also got a Super Large drink. Everything was so yummy! They have the best chili!!! Everything cooked to perfect temperature! I stayed here a bit as it was a Tuesday night, waiting for my riders. “I've been going to Marty's for over 50 years and it's just been a big part of my life, dating back to when Marty and his wife were running it. It's almost like Saturday Night Live but better! It's totally different and original. They have the BEST chili and you really can't go wrong with the dogs or combo burgers. The orange bang is a must! Howard Marty's son has been running the show exactly like his dad true to its roots. I feel like family when I'm there. It's a must if you love amazing old school real deal meals.“
“Got a Jalapeno Cheddar Chicken, Original (White) with Potato & sugar, plus a Churro Donut & a soda. Let me start with the donut because it was really good. It was chewy inside and not overly sweet like most donuts, the fine grain sugar on top was absolutely delicious. The hot dog was really good too. Very interesting mix of flavors, I normally don't like sugar on meat but they balance it out pretty well to where it's just a little hint of it. Up there in status like Mel's Diner or Bob's Big Boy this little burger shop situated in a decomissioned train car has great food and an awesome setting to enioy it in. I have come here since I was a kid, I have seen alot change in the area and it is still around after all this time. They have got it down and I hope they will be around for my kids to experience!“

“Came to eat here after picking up our daughter @ LAX. It was late and we were hungry and happen to find this place. The guy who took our order was nice and answered our questions on certain menu items. We ate on the tables they provide and just in time tbh because it began to rain to hard right after we were done. Went over to the churro stand thats near by and loved them. The couple that took our order was so nice. My son didn't want churros (which are made by order) so they guy offered fried banana with toppings.They really made our experience there great.So if you're in the area go by and buy a churro or 2. Just know Because they're made by order you'll have a little wait but they're worth it. Nice and crunchy with cinnamy sugary goodness.“

I opted for 3 eggs over easy, hash browns, toast, sausage and a cup of coffee. The hash browns stole the show but everything on the plate was solid. The spicy sauce on the bacon hot dog adds such a good kick without being too much! If you're in the area and in the mood for a dog this is a good place to go!“
