“Idk how this Subway has such a low rating - this is the BEST Subway known to man lol. I mean if you're here for Subway food, you know what you're getting. No-frills sandwiches during a busy workday, chips, and a nice selection of refillable sodas and fruit drinks. They don't skimp on the ingredients here, and even the ingredients are stored more cleanly than at most other locations. Honestly I'm not usually a huge fan of Subway, but I often come here for lunch because it's just so nice here!This place is super spotless, and the staff and owner are so friendly and efficient. The interior of this location is really clean, and it has huge windows and patio seating so it's a nice sunny spot to eat at.If you're in the mood for Subway, this is a convenient and excellently-maintained location!“
“Nothing crazy. Simply a very nice and convenient place to sit with fast service and a yummy drink, which is all I want. I got the Nutella frappe which was really good, and several people around me got gelato that looked great as well. It’s right by a wetzel pretzel and other shopping so very convenient place to sit down and plenty of chairs.“

I personally prefer mom and pop shops who buy higher quality ingredients but there are few of them in the Santa Monica area and when in a pinch for time or not wanting to spend $fifteen for a sandwich, they'll do. My Order: Rotisserie Chicken on a toasted wheat roll with no cheese but most of the other standard vegetables and some mayonnaise and pepper. My Opinion: Its a decent tasting sandwich, not too salty, and if you add enough vegetables can be filling on its own or you can add a bag of fried or baked chips. Service: I've been to this location several times and each staff, lunchtime or late night have always been attentive and reasonably friendly for a fast food sandwich shop.“

And it is a good one. Prices are reasonable. I got the chicken caprese sandwich And they doused it with balsamic vinegar which made it so juicy. They are service dog friendly. I appreciate that. During lunch hours, they should have more cashiers, or more help in general. I felt the 15 minute line to place my order was a bit long for lunch hour, I went at 1:00 p.m., and then we waited another 15 minutes for our sandwiches to come out. It's probably better to place your order online, go in and pick it up, then sit down and eat it. It's probably more efficient. However, I like having the offline experience. I kind of like having the human interaction. But the staff was friendly. It was just slow.“
