Subway in Santa Monica

Subway , located at 1221 -A Wilshire Blvd..
Natividad patiently assisted me today,
4/1/25, with installing the Subway App on my i phone as my i phone skills are sadly very limited.. I signed the Subway App,
purchased a foot long , and have become
a Subway loyal customer……:… all because of Ms. Natividad S. courtesy and patient assistance.“

“The manager Griselda is a great person, I don’t know why she’s getting bad reviews!, she’s a good person and she’s just following her owners rules!. She Took my food with care , will definitely come back here.“

“They have a couple convenient parking spots right there so you don't have to park in the street. Otherwise, they've usually executed my online orders just fine. Unfortunately they don't honor all the subway coupons, but I think I've seen that elsewhere. West Los Angeles area. I tried to use the online 699 coupon for footlong. I'm not sure if it was a soccer special or one of the specials and it would not allow me to order online saying the store doesn't honor that promotion“

“I went to Subway on 6/21/26 on my bicycle to pick up lunch for my sister and I. During my visit Eric showed exceptional customer service. He acknowledged me as soon as I entered, asked if I had an online order and handed me the sandwich after I mentioned my name. I also stated that my sister would be ordering soon and called me once he had finished her order. He then offered a bigger bag to put in both sandwiches and placed them in gently and organized for me as he saw I was on my bicycle. This small action made me feel special and appreciative. In addition, it made it easier for me to navigate my bike safely. Thanks Eric!“

“They absolutely did not add a gratuity to anyone's bill without telling them, it asks what tip amount you want to give before you swipe your card, and I could tell just from how the employees were acting that they are getting a bad deal here, at this Subway. Normally there's no need for a Subway to compete with anyone. And if the surrounding yuppie restaurants are any good, then there's no reason for them to compete with Subway. But it must be weird, running that location, I see that they're trying, very hard. Perfect sub.“
