“I gave this subway a second chance and this time they didn’t disappoint staff was much nicer and the place was more clean. The food was pretty good. They just need to get more staff during busy hours there was a really long line during lunch time.“

“One of the best Subway branches. Every employee I encountered assembled my orders neatly and quickly; during my visits, the ingredients—such as lettuce and spinach—were always fresh. None of the staff members ever included poor-quality slices (the end pieces) of tomatoes or cucumbers; if such pieces happened to fall into their hands, they would discard them to ensure they didn't end up in anyone's order. Furthermore, none of them ever skimped on the ingredients while assembling the food.“

“I live near Sherman Way and Woodley, where there are several Subway locations, but this particular one consistently stands out. The sandwiches here are noticeably fresher, with bread that is soft yet still has a satisfying crunch. The ingredients taste flavorful and well-prepared, unlike other locations where the bread can be stale and the sandwiches soggy. We usually order the turkey and veggie sandwiches, and they are always made to a high standard. This location clearly takes pride in quality, and it shows in every visit. I highly recommend it.“

“I ordered the 2 Footlongs for $10 deal. Unfortunately, the deal which was an online coupon, only allowed placing your order online and paying in advance. So, by the time I actually made it to the location the sandwiches were cold (I ordered two meatball subs) and the bread was soggy. Although, I can only blame MYSELF for that. I only mention it so that in case you receive the online coupon, you'll know to wait until right before you get to the store to place your order... And even then, there's nothing like being able to SEE your sandwich being made so that you can be sure to get exactly what you want on your sandwich(es). As for this location, I do appreciate the fact that they are open later than most.“

I have gor years at this subway and all I can say is that the manager Ana is absolutely amazing, kind, polite, efficient, and professional each time I visit the location. The customer service in general is inviting and wonderful. Not only that but I’ve always been greatly impressed by the cleanliness, spotlessness & both the exquisite cuisine offered by all the employees. Ana and her staff are very attentive and ALWAYS ensure that my sandwiches are perfectly made to my taste.
