Subway in Northridge

I have been coming here for the last two years for atleast almost everyday and never thought of giving them a review and I'm surprises that some moron like Juan C Valdez was even making a negative reviews. Ana and the othet girl Leslie or Liseth(I don't remember the name) among with the other employees, (the short girl with tats) have been very great, work hard, and never given me a negative experience.

As a local guide, I know when to make a bad review but this place and the employees are nothing but good.“

“My first time ordering through the app at this location. This subway location actually makes the sub the way you order. I asked for extra spinach and onions, etc and no sauce. I got exactly what I asked for. Other subway locations don't put all the veggies you all for and then drench the sauce on when you ask for little sauce.

Friendly service as well. I work at the skilled nursing home closeby and will be ordering from this subway from now on. The folks i got the sandwiches for are very happy. Hopefully every order is this good 🤞“

Yesterday (May 11), however, Pam made me feel unwelcome. I went to the same Subway location (Nordoff/Balboa cross streets in Northridge) twice, first at about past 4pm and half past 8 in the evening the second time, having been in the area on that day. Pam served me on both occasions. The second time I was there, she made an inappropriate comment: “You’re still here?” I responded: “Aren’t you glad that by being here and patronizing Subway business, I am giving you job security?” The business that Subway offers should not only be about food service, but also customer service. Subway staff like Pam should not act with overfamiliarity to friendly regulars. There is a fine line between customer and service staff relationship.“

“This Subway often gets negative reviews, but I think it’s unfair. The food is fresh, customizable, and affordable compared to many other fast-food places. You get to choose exactly what goes in your sandwich, making it easy to eat healthy. You don’t have to wait much for your turn , and the environment is also too pleasant and calm which really helps out after having a really hectic day.“

“This Subway is always extremely CLEAN and the employees are always welcoming and efficient and so, so neat when making my sandwich..my OCD appreciates all of it Hahaha! I drive further from my house to come to this location because it's that important and just stress free .Hope this helps“

“My wife stopped by this Subway today to get a sandwich for herself and also for me. This Subway location is inside Northridge mall on the second floor where the entrance from the parking structure is. She got her turkey sub and I asked for the elite chicken bacon ranch sub.

Be aware that this store doesn't honor some promotion that Subway has so if you're going to use any promotion then check that the store will honor it through the Subway app or the Subway website. I thought my sandwich was good but they do charge a little more for it. My wife also like her turkey sub.“
