Went to this spot to catch up with a friend and loveddddd it. It made me wish I lived locally because we walked to it from her place and there was so much space on the patio to hangout and grab some beers and yummy burgers! The servers checked in on us multiple times which was nice even with how busy they were! Fun spot for a group hang or to bring card games to!
Laurel Tavern is just one of those places that never fails to deliver. It can get crazy there on the weekend nights so plan accordingly. You order at the bar and then go find a table and sometimes on a Fri or sat night it can take a while so know you just have to be patient. Or maybe wait to order at the bar (food) until you secure a table. We have been where we panicked because we ordered - and we still hadn't found a table - and our food was being brought out. Always a great choice when you're in Studio City. A tavern feel indeed from the second you step in. Wood covers floor to ceiling all washed in a warm light. The seats at the bar are usually taken up, but it's because it just has a feel good, neighborhood hang vibe. Menus are all over the walls, listing food, a decently sized beer list, and some wine/cocktails.
