“Had extra time for lunch today so decided why not. Ordered a torta to go but place was empty so had to dine in. I am pleased with their spicy salsa actually being spicy. Being a Latina dining at a mex restaurant in La Crescenta i had low expectations but food was yummy,salsa was spicy wich i love. Atmosphere,i loved that they play authentic Mexican music,however i wished it had more color. Maybe genuine mexican wall art? Too neutral but still i didn’t mind it.“

Minced Pork (Lu-Rou) Rice, fully loaded delicious stewed pork with egg. Meats are juicy and tender, kinda on the sweet side. Clamshell bun (Gua Bao) comes with tender thick cut pork, a bit on the salty side, but very well cooked. Fatty but not greasy. Thousand layer pancake with egg and basil was crispy and flaky. The basil flavor is a wonderful addition. Scallion bread sandwich was what we expected. Same tender thick cut pork, very happy to eat this. Next time I will probably get the beef, too much pork belly today Wonton soup is very classic, if you like shrimp wontons, you have to try this. We ended the meal with Hakka mochi and Oolong tea, the mochi tasted just like the ones in Taiwan. The tea was fragrant and is just the perfect compliment to the mochi. Overall an amazing meal with warm and friendly people, highly recommend!“

My wife always orders the lule, while I get the chicken breast, both are consistently tender and juicy. Be sure to try the eggplant caviar and caesar wrap, too. A special shoutout to Armen, one of the coolest people around, who takes the time to get to know you while preparing hundreds of orders during the day. He even discussed known allergies with us (only sesame) so our daughter can enjoy their food on our next visit. We’ll definitely be back soon so he can prepare a plate for our daughter.“

Her fingers moved like liquid gold on the keyboard and her compositions were witty and mesmerizing. The word that kept coming to mind as they performed was "subtle." The music was powerful, but so discrete as to be gentle and gentile. Woodwinds, Bass, and Drums - all played with the kind of delight that makes everyone love the performers as well as the music. “Hands down, one of my favorite restaurants in LA. My husband and I visit here 2-4 times a month. All the locations are beautiful and unique, but our favorite is Sherman Oaks. It's our home local restaurant, and the entire staff knows us and takes great care of us. It was just our 17th anniversary, and the staff made us feel so special. But then again, they always make us feel special, so we just love everything about this place. Our go-to must-haves are the chicken sliders, fries, and the little gem. And to end the meal, we order vanilla lattes, the best cake and ice cream. It's simply the best!“

“This is our go-to spot for pizza & salad delivery. A Lord Cheezus pie + the house salad with salami & peppadews + house-made ranch dressing= perfection. The crust is wood fired and feels somewhere between Neopolitan and NY style. Chewy, flavorful, not too thick- rly nice. The deep dish is fun as well. We first came here back when the chef who is now known for Two Rose bread started it, and the quality of the food has remained high. If you dine in there are nice wines and the place has a casual, cozy, dark atmosphere.“

I also tried the curry chicken 🐔 rice. The portion was a bit small, and the chicken was quite shredded, but the flavor was still pretty good.👍

“My wife and I are from Sacramento, we cane down to NOHO for Universal Studios. We got here a day early and we always search for Ramen. We cane across this place. The place is small and seating is limited. Let's fast forward to the food. We both got the OG tonkatsu ramen at a mild spice flavor and eggs rolls and spicy edemame. The eggs rolls weren't special, the edemame was really good. Now for the main ramen it was delicious. The broth was thick and flavorful, the meat was cut smaller than what I'm used to and it was definitely a plus. Overall I will definitely come here again when I'm in the city“

“We stopped by this little Greek restaurant before we went to the Greek theater. The kabobs were definitely prepared by a chef that knows what he is doing. You can tell it was authentic right when you walk in.
