It's only been our second time there but we alwaysuse it for our birthday or anniversary spot and the food is so amazing and it's never too packed so you can just eat in a totally calm environment, which to me is always a plus
Amazing Birria Tacos!👍😄😋
Had extra time for lunch today so decided why not. Ordered a torta to go but place was empty so had to dine in. I am pleased with their spicy salsa actually being spicy. Being a Latina dining at a mex restaurant in La Crescenta i had low expectations but food was yummy, salsa was spicy wich i love. Atmosphere,i loved that they play authentic Mexican music, however i wished it had more color. Maybe genuine mexican wall art? Too neutral but still i didn’t mind it.

Lichi's Mex is a welcoming restaurant serving traditional Mexican dishes with a modern twist. Their menu features delicious options like the Quesitaco, Chile Rellano Plate, and Burrito, all made with fresh and flavorful ingredients. The beans and rice are a highlight, with a notable absence of excess salt and a clear presence of shredded queso fresco. The salsas and thick, hardy chips are also a delight. Customers praise the tasty tortas, breakfast plates, and the generous and well-crafted breakfast burrito and salad. The restaurant is known for its reasonable prices, friendly staff, and comfortable seating with easy parking.
