“This has got to be my absolute favorite place to come to in La Crescenta for a bite to eat. Everything on their menu is so delicious. My absolute favorite are there burgers. The meat always taste so fresh along with the produce. Not to mention they have the best fried. The customer service is always on point. You can tell they hsve pride in ownership here. If you’re looking for a nice place to have brunch or lunch this is definitely the place. Thank you for always an amazing experience here.“

Not your regular everywhere tacos. These tacos were homemade recipes. I had the carne asada, pork with potato (puerco con papa) & beans with cactus (frijoles con nopal). It's a week later that I tried these tacos and I can't stop talking about them. My favorite was the beans with cactus. Soooo good. Also, the atmosphere was just so nice and lively. “Oh my goodness! This place was such a beautiful find. I absolutely loved all the options they had for gluten-free and dairy free. I got the lemon cake and two of the sprinkle cookies to bring home to me and my family. The bread options are amazing for gluten-free as well. I ended up getting their chorizo and egg for breakfast. Absolutely amazing food. On the side I got tater tots, they were crunchy and very tasty. Not greasy, which is hard to do when you fry something. We sat in the back where the wine area is because it was really hot that day so the ambience in that little area was very quirky and eclectic. It’s a very comforting delicious place to go visit if you’re hankering for some gluten-free, dairy free pastries. Did I mention the entire place is vegan!“

Minced Pork (Lu-Rou) Rice, fully loaded delicious stewed pork with egg. Meats are juicy and tender, kinda on the sweet side. Clamshell bun (Gua Bao) comes with tender thick cut pork, a bit on the salty side, but very well cooked. Fatty but not greasy. Thousand layer pancake with egg and basil was crispy and flaky. The basil flavor is a wonderful addition. Scallion bread sandwich was what we expected. Same tender thick cut pork, very happy to eat this. Next time I will probably get the beef, too much pork belly today Wonton soup is very classic, if you like shrimp wontons, you have to try this. We ended the meal with Hakka mochi and Oolong tea, the mochi tasted just like the ones in Taiwan. The tea was fragrant and is just the perfect compliment to the mochi. Overall an amazing meal with warm and friendly people, highly recommend!“

The Vegan breakfast sandwiches and drinks we ordered were so dang good and trust, we’re pretty spoiled with Vegan food in the PNW! The workers were incredible nice. “Excellent Northeastern / Isaan Thai cuisine, I tried a few favorites - mango salad, laab moo, and the sausage. The sausage was excellent, packed with spices and herbs with a snappy skin. The mango salad was also excellent, I got medium heat and it was a good punch with great textures and a perfect balance of fish sauce, lime etc. The laab moo was served warm with fresh pig skin, which is not my personal favorite style but the flavors were great, I just don't love the texture of the softer ground pork and skin myself. The staff was prompt and professional, and the small space was simple in style. I'll definitely come back.“
