“Second time here and went here last night for my birthday dinner.The food and service are both outstanding! If you love Italian this place is such a find. Loved the crab cakes, seafood pasta dishes, and panna cotta. If Emily is your server she makes excellent suggestions for food and wine and has a great personality. Really wonderful place and I can't recommend enough, just try it.“

“I would think that they have same ol' same ol' okay food, but it's genuinely delicious. We had the katsu burger with fries, honey truffle fried chicken and two drinks (hh menu). Everything was really good. The chicken was so good and crispy. The burger was so filling and loved the coleslaw in the burger. I came on a Saturday evening before happy hour ended at 6:30pm. I tried the katsu burger with fries and enjoyed it a lot.“

“Although the service can sometimes be.. questionable (especially when they are busy or towards closing hours), the food is absolutely 20/10. This is the best sushi restaurant I have ever been to, and I’ve been to over 100 around the world. The people making the food are also cool and always down to chat.Get baked crab and salmon roll and thank me later.“

“We chose Ca de Sole to celebrate my birthday as it is rather special. We sat inside on a Thursday evening so as to avoid the very noisy patio that was hopping and very loud. Our quiet booth was perfect for us and we started with the scrumptious beet salad followed by the butternut squash ravioli and ended with the Osso Buco on saffron Risotto. Everything was beautiful well prepared. I don't know if we'd do the meat dish again as something about the pairing with the risotto did not please our palates, but it was very good and tender. All else was awesome and I'm sure we'll return to try some of the other scrumptious dishes. The panna cotta birthday plate was also very delicious and light! The service was top rate, too!“

“I am so delighted with finding such a gem! Wow, the food options are plentiful, and everything I ate was exceptional. Totally blew me away as I tend to feel that when I eat out, it's usually mediocre. The ambiance is so relaxing, and the service was friendly and right on time! I'm looking forward to going back as soon as possible. I got the Pra Ram (I think that's what it's called) with kale and spinach and peanut sauce with black rice. Definitely on the healthier side, which I was going for. Then, for dessert, I got the carrot cake, which was very moist and perfect flavors. I forgot to take pictures because it looked so good!!! “Mauro was a great server and host—excellent at explaining options, etc. We had a lovely lunch. The food is really great—much of it handmade there—handmade pastas, shepherd's pie, chocolate mousse, etc. Great seasoning on the salmon.“

“My husband and I have been coming here since 2008, and we don't just go here on date nights anymore. We bring our kids as well! They have a great variety for the whole family. I always recommend this place for my out of town friends and family and they always enjoy it.I always get the Tortilla Soup. It's my go-to comfort food.“

“I was in the area late in the evening and went on Yelp to see if there was a place open late that had tacos. Luckily, Tacos Palacios was open. I made my way down to check it out. The taco truck was parked at a gas station and had 2 picnic tables for dining. It was really cold outside. The owner, who was nice and polite, was working and helped take my food order. They have a big menu. I saw that they had tacos with handmade tortillas, so I definitely ordered two tacos with handmade tortillas, one with chicken and one with carne asada. Both tacos were delicious. They have a good spicy green salsa. I was still a bit hungry, so I ordered a burrito de al pastor. The meat was flavorful. I didn't realize that the burrito came with fries, but they were inside the burrito. They tasted good. It was my first time having fries in a burrito. The prices were higher than you would expect for 3 items ($22.50), but I think it has to do with the location. I will stop by again when I am in the area.“

“A decorated literature themed bar with well-made drinks and decent food. Street parking on a Saturday night was easy. It's a good spot for a private party, but for a fun night out this place seemed quiet and empty otherwise.Not a cheap place to buy drinks, especially when charged $7 for Diet Coke, and another $7 for a refill. I assume it was a mistake, but it bemuses me to pay a cocktail price for soda.Parking: Street parking“

“Soo Raa Thai is a nice spot. The Kao Soi w/ chicken is very tasty, as is the Green Curry w/Chicken. The Fresh Roll with Chicken and Shrimp was mostly Lettuce so it wasn't my favorite, but the overall meal was good. I must give an extra star for the great spice tray (every Thai restaurant should have their sauces and spices displayed like this). The service is friendly and helpful and the dinning room is nicely laid out and clean. I will definitely be going back to Soo Raa Thai.“

“Oh my gosh! Everything here is amazing! The place is clean, staff are extra friendly, portions are perfect, prices are reasonable.Now let's talk about the ingredients, I'm super picky and I can eat so many things here! Meat eaters to vegans, they have everything and awesome drinks as well!My favorite is the three taco special, I make mine vegan.They have a nice outdoor patio seating area too.The Toluca Lake area is quaint and safe. This is one of our new favorite places!“
