“I don't live in the valley but I have ordered pupusas to go and they are always delicious. The service is fast and friendly. I recommend this spot whenever I'm asked for a good pupusas spot. Keep an eye out for their mid week specials, just don't eat too many pupusas or your heart will hate you?“
“I enjoy the steak sandwich. It's like a Latin Hoagie. Flavorful and the bread is lightly toasted so you get a slight crunch in every bite. If you're into hot subs, Philly cheesesteak type of sandwich. This sandwich doesn't disappoint.“
“The food has a homemade flavor, both Honduran and Mexican and the women who serve are very friendly, the place is small and a little old but they keep it very clean and pleasant...????????Parking: This place is behind the Laurel Canyon Target, has plenty of parking.“
“OH MY GOODNESS!! This place has easily become an all-time favorite after just two visits!! Hands down, best pupusas I've ever eaten. For anyone who is picky or just has a preference about their pupusas 'region of flavor', these are from El Salvador (which is where you want the from), where the dish originates!MUST TRY:- Any/all Papusas (I got the bean and cheese but added carne and OMG!)- Fried corn tamales- Chicken tamale (cooked, wrapped in grape leaves)- Fried plantainsParking: The restaurant is location in a small multi-shop plaza, so parking all depends on the time of day each shop is busy. Each time I've been there, there was parking right in front of it!“
“Deliciousness, tried their yucca con chicharron. Although fried it was not greasy. The yucca was perfectly golden brown. Also had their platanos with beans and cream. Last but not least had a bowl of their atol de elote. Wow-just like my grandmother used to make it. Everything was so good. Pupusas are delicious too.“
“The Pupusas here are soooo THICK & full of cheese, beans or chicharrón. Delicious!Service was a little slow but after receiving my order I could tell they take pride in their food. They had a DJ playing getting ready for the night club I think it turns into.“
“My favorite Salvadoran restaurant (in the San Fernando Valley) with an extensive menu that includes snacks, appetizers, seafood and exclusive Salvi food dishes. The food is usually always good. Wide selection of pupusas including typical, vegetarian and meat options.Relaxed atmosphere with bar and karaoke on weekends. The service is generally considerate and good. They have a "sister" location in Winnetka, but the North Hollywood location is much better. My favorite Salvadorian restaurants (in the San Fernando Valley) with an extensive menu including botanas, antojitos, seafood, and exclusive Salvi food dishes. Food is usually always good. Large selection of pupusas including vegetarian and meat options.Laid back vibe with a bar and they have karaoke on the weekends. Service is generally considerate and good.“
“Omg ! They have an amazing Caldo de Pescado. It's so freaking delicious. Best fish soup my taste buds have ever tasted. I highly recommend this place. It does take a while for your food to be done but it's because everything is freshly made on the spot. Definitely my favorite place to eat so far!“
“I have come to their new spacious location and loved it.Prices are great, service is good too. I have bought their yucca, chiles rellenos, tamales, empanadas, pupusas, and pastelitos in bulk for a birthday party. It was the best. I have gone back at least 4 times, and I have always been ver pleased with the food, service and prices. I highly recommend it.“
