“Farmhouse kitchen is the best Thai restaurant I’ve ever had. On top of the food being great and delicious, the presentation makes you want to order everything from the menu. Chef Bo was so nice to come out to our table and all I can say is she was a very nice, young & talented person. She even made me a special dessert for my birthday. Thanks Bo❤️ I highly recommend this place if you want an authentic, excellent and delicious food. In addition, the place is so full of life. The decor is amazing! I can’t wait to go back and try some of the fancy drinks and dishes on the menu.“

“Angelini Osteria totally lived up to the hype! We had a great dinner there that night and I can't wait to go back again soon. Let's start with the star of this show: uni pasta. Oh my gosh, it was divine! The uni was so fresh and creamy and the pasta itself was cooked just right. Every bite was an explosion of flavor. We also tried the baked lasagna and it was delightful. The layers were perfectly balanced and each bite was full of rich, savory flavors. Let's not forget dessert! We shared a few different things and they were all great. The tiramisu was fluffy and decadent and the chocolate mousse was rich and smooth. Overall, Angelini Osteria is definitely a must-try for Italian food lovers in Los Angeles. The food is incredible, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. We can't wait to come back and try more dishes on the menu!“

“The grilled pork collar, the khao kha moo, is the dish that most regulars gravitate toward first, slow-cooked pork leg over rice with a dark, sweet braising sauce and a soft egg alongside, the kind of composed plate that operates at the intersection of comfort food and actual cooking. The fried pork skin served with a larb dipping sauce is the snack that arrived at the table first and was gone faster than anything else, the skin light and airy and the larb funky and herbaceous and the kind of thing that makes you understand why certain foods become obsessions. The pad see ew is the noodle dish most people know and want, and the version here is properly wok-charred with good smokiness in the flat rice noodles and a soy-egg combination that's been executed well rather than just thrown together. The papaya salad has a heat level that earns its reputation, bright and tart and genuinely spicy in a way that doesn't ease up. The mango sticky rice at the end is generous and properly made, the coconut milk soaked deep into the rice and the mango sweet and ripe in a way that seasonal sourcing makes possible.
The wine program here is notably good for a casual Thai restaurant, which is part of what makes the whole experience feel more considered than the room might suggest.“

For $5, the price and quality is really quite good. We also had the ham and brie ($11) and prosciutto and butter ($11) sandwich. Tom enjoyed the prosciutto sandwich which had the fatty bits while Kate enjoyed the brie. We enjoyed the way our sandwiches were prepared – gourmet, with pickles on the side and sweet mustard. “When a restaurant takes their bread and simple salads seriously you know the rest of the meal will be excellent. That is this restaurant. Everything was excellent: freshness, flavors, choice of items on menu. The menu is small, but that just means each item has their full attention.“

“I was hungry and Googled “hummus and wine,” and somehow ended up at Lolo Wine Bar! No hummus, but great wine and delicious food!

My friend and I came in close to closing, and I immediately loved how cute and romantic the space was. The staff was incredibly helpful with recommendations and helped us pick out a few small plates to share.

I’ll say this: the portions are small and the prices are high, but hey, it’s LA! You’re paying for the atmosphere, and Lolo definitely delivers on that.

There is an automatic 20% gratuity charge, which I noticed other reviewers weren’t too happy about, especially given their experiences with service. Personally, I didn’t mind it. We had several lovely women helping us throughout the evening, and I honestly couldn’t tell you who our main server was because everyone was so attentive. I just hope that gratuity gets shared among the team!

The atmosphere was probably my favorite part. Intimate, romantic, and beautifully designed. I genuinely couldn’t tell whether I was indoors or outdoors, which made the whole space feel even more charming.

“Romantic hidden wine and sardine bar with really great charcuterie tapas style food and chill vibes. Bread, cheese, and so many choices of tinned seafood. The seafood pates are unique and very tasty with fresh bread and butter. It’s our second time going there and we will go back again.“

“Fantastic roman style pizza. My new favorite style. Crispy on the bottom and ends, and a great flavor to the crust. Not to thick so it doesnt overload you with bread and the roman pinsa style of fermentation makes it eaiser to digest too! Great creative use of quality toppings and combinations different from many places. Excellent salads and of course nice wines that they can steer you to what may be to. your liking. Chartruitere board for 4 needed more than one type of cheese and would have benefited from one other meat besides mortadella and prosciutto. However all the ingredients were top notch. Inside is quite noisy and the outside patio is nice with it ringed by large plants so you dont see the street. Plus 3rd street here has almost no traffic. Music was a bit loud on the patio to compete with talking but not terrible. Service was very friendly but food came out on the slow side. Restaurant was packed on a saturday night at 6:15 so that may be why as the kitchen is small. But like in Rome, you shouldnt be in a rush when you eat. It's the Italian way. Not a huge menu but many items sounded really good so will need to try again. The tiramisu was great but diffferent. Served in a goblet with the cookies dusted on top it was like more of a pudding with the lady fingers. Other normal versions have more of the cake in layers than this but it was quite good. The pistachio ice cream was also really good too. But really this is one of the best pinsa style pizzas I have had, I have eaten them at many places! So if you come here you need to get the pizza!“

“Had the Wine flights ( bubbles and reds) and lunch. The food was freshly prepared with vegetarian options. The blue cheese was extraordinarily delicious and the English Chedder along with freshly prepared fig jam and pickled tomatoes were also delicious. The chef is for sure highly talented. The service was excellent. The bubble wines were very good with lots of taste and flavor. Some of the reds were not that good. Would not recommend this flight .“

Branzino with sweet corn puree is surprisingly amazing! Plus the skin’s so crispy and it stayed crispy til we finished it.

Hen inasal’s really good too! Smoky and savory, paired with java rice, with some citrus flavor. I’ll order this again for sure.

Street parking only, closer to restaurant metered 1 hour parking but a bit further, free parking but good luck finding a spot, there is paid parking lot close by“

The only downside I noticed was the restaurant's online presence. The website felt outdated, didn't offer online ordering, and the social media accounts weren't very active. As a tourist, this initially gave me the impression that the restaurant might not be very good. However, after visiting, I realized I couldn't have been more wrong. A modern, well-maintained website would better reflect the quality of the food and service and make a much stronger first impression on potential customers.“

“Took my family there last weekend. It was the best dinner experience we had for a long time. The drinks were great, the place is so chill- it looks like a regular bar/restaurant when you walk in, then there's the beautiful outdoor garden area as well. The service was attentive and very fast. Every one had their favorite dish from what we ordered. The Ceviche, the Wings, the Papaya salad, the Fish & Chips (do not get tricked by the name, it is not what you think), the Mentaiko Pasta, the Cucumber salad.. it was just perfect!“

The next day, we drove 40+ miles into LA and had the most amazing vegan meal, from appetizers to dessert. They have a full traditional menu as well as a full vegan menu. Welcoming and energetic vibe. Outstanding fun and friendly service (ask for Aria!) Food was highest quality and INSANELY delicious. Even parking is easy in the lot next door. Can’t wait to go back. “We decided to try the Wine Station for our first time and during Dine LA. Wow! What great find. It is an easy walk from where we live downtown. We had the Dine LA menu. Tuna and Burrata appetizers both fantastic. We ordered the Spaghetti Pesto and the Osso Bucco, again both great. The desserts were creme brulee and Tiarmisu. Awesome. The entire dining experience was fantastic. The service was friendly and great. We will definitely return. It just may become our new favorite place.“

“This is your classic neighborhood bar. It feels sexy yet wholesome. During the day, it's chill enough to come with a laptop and get some work done. On weekends,its filled with families in the outdoor area. As the sun goes down, there is plenty of mingling.

Bartenders are awesome, friendly, and efficient. Great rotating beer selection along with some wine and seltzer. Food is served til late and is good enough to stand on its own.“

“Once we were seated, I immediately noticed the incredible atmosphere of the restaurant. People were lively, chatting with each other and enjoying a good time. It was a happy sight to see.

The staff were passionate, and it genuinely seemed like they wanted to be there.

We ordered the lamb ragu, squid ink pasta, a side of broccolini, and the veal dish. Originally, we were only going to order the pasta and veal, but we found ourselves craving more food because of how delicious everything was. Not only did it taste amazing, but it also felt homemade, and the ingredients were extremely fresh.

I loved how both pastas had their own unique tomato flavors. The mashed potatoes served with the veal were incredibly creamy without being overwhelmingly buttery. The veal itself was extremely tender.

Loved the food here, 10/10. The portions were generous as well and well worth the price.“
