Last night after I left Sawa, I drove home smiling to myself just reflecting on what a delightful experience I had!! Best omakase I've ever had in my life! Such a small private unique experience. Chef John was beyond pleasant and fun to talk to, also he does speak english which sometimes doesn't happen so its also a plus to connect with your chef a tiny more than just hand-to mouth connection.
