Parking: This location is in the Park Plaza shopping center with plenty of shared parking. We had no problem finding a parking spot close to the front door.“

“I had two fantastic meals at the 2800 Kitchen & Lounge at the DoubleTree at the Port of Los Angeles. For dinner, the Tostadas were yummy and with corn tortillas crisp enough that I could pick them up to eat. I also ordered Seasonal Vegetables, which were fresh and cooked to perfection. For breakfast, the Avocado Toast with hard boiled egg was also excellent, and came with the perfect complement of fresh fruit. Definitely coming here again.“

“Warm, hands on and personalized service. A Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant…Food Made from Scratch, fresh, unique, different, and affordable. Highly recommended! The red onion focaccia bread with herb and Parmesan butter, added Burrata - best- seller, a must. The 3 day brined smoked fried chicken-different taste, with soy and Chiles, a must!!!The Peruvian pork belly with sweet potato , Criolla and crispy quinoa , love it! And the Grilled NY steak with green garlic chimichurri, chorizo aioli and pommes pont neuf, thick cut fries…my son prefers over the fried chicken.“

Starting with the welcoming staff at the entrance. John, your hospitality is the beginning of the joyful experience. The restaurant is so elegant. We enjoyed the vaulted ceilings with wood beams. We enjoyed the large window at the kitchen area so you can see the Chefs at work. We got to sit next to the impressive wine rack display. The restaurant’s ambiance wouldn’t be complete without the soft background music. Our waiter, Issac, was a delight. He provided us with his expertise in choosing our wines, appetizers, entrees, and desserts. It was a pleasure to meet to give special thanks to the Chef, Danny Le and Su Chef, Donald. Their expertise is why we had an amazing and delicious dinner.“

“What a great date spot or place to have a classy meal! Cant beat having a view of the ocean and also being propelled to a speakeasy vibe. The staff was extremely kind, and made us feel very welcome. My partner is celiac, and it was a treat to have so many yummy gluten free items on the menu. We had pork chops, wild boar risotto, chicken skewers and cauliflower/ corn- all gluten free! The general manager, Kieran, came over to check in with us, and told us he’s celiac so he makes sure there’s a lot of options on the menu. Definitely will be coming back!“

“It was a really great happy hour experience! Though next time I think I'll avoid going when there's a large sports event going on. It was so loud my friend and I had to yell at eachother the whole time. But if you're into sports I assume it would be a fantastic environment!“

However, Camille suggested a couple of dishes for us and they did not disappoint and in fact I would’ve licked the plates if it was publicly appropriate. “Always a great meal at HT Grill. Surf n Turf was awesome - filet was grilled just right, lobster tail cooked perfectly. Shrimp pasta with vodka sauce was tasty good and had a little kick. Too bad no bread basket to help sop up the juices & sauces. Only drawback was at the bar where the flies were buzzing around the beer taps. Overall, look forward to returning.“

“Everytume we go out around a Holiday, can be precarious. Restaurant only had a couple of parties . One guy at the counter bar. Right where're we requested our seating at reservation. Obviously, no one read the request and didn't care. Got the eye roll gesture body language. Typically, the Restaurant is on top of it. Still the fish tacos are outstanding and chicken nachos Loved the food. We've been patrons since Hudson House open and always will be!!“
