“First time trying this place, I brought my Aunt and wife for lunch and the ambiance is great open concept with heaters outside if it's cold but the decor is great also the music playing gets you in that relaxing mood. Service is all about the customers and if you have any questions everyone is willing to help. Menu is great because everything is made fresh and if you get the app while you are there, they have a point system and getting points also gives you certain items either free or on a discount. I got the app and in return we received free order of fries, they were delicious they also gave us free fried chips and pickles they made there and I'm not a fan of pickles but they might have changed that because I couldn't stop eating them. My wife and Aunt had the Southwestern chicken salad looked very good and I had the chopped chicken salad that was very tasty as well. To drink we all had the blackberry lemonade and it was very good. “This was our first private chef experience and without a doubt it blew us away! The attention to detail Chefs Juan and Nicole gave us was amazing. It was our 8 year wedding anniversary and they made it that much better. My wife had the filet mignon and I had the ribeye and the dry rub they use for the steaks was so good that I had to take some home and Chef Juan was gracious enough to share his secret rub. You can tell with just a couple minutes of conversation they are passionate about their craft and it shows in the quality and taste of the food. We had some fresh margarita cocktails to along side the dinner and you can taste the freshness as-well. With the many options, it's easy to be distracted, but Jay Bird's should be your go to spot. They started to really grow a couple years ago and their food and service is why. Each time we've gone, we experience impeccable service. This time around, we ordered the Mac Daddy, which is a friend chicken sandwich loaded with mac n cheese. While it might seem heavy, the cheese sauce is surprisingly light and doesn't overpower the sandwich. It adds a delicate creaminess and great flavor to the sandwich. The chicken is juicy and cooked to a nice level of crispiness. The crinkle cut fries are not a home run, but they're seasoned well and I don't have any complaints. They have a small counter area for dining, but there are tables around the warehouse that are shared amongst the other restaurants. The staff was friendly and they were quickly making the food. Jay Bird's is always consistent at their various locations and my go to "chain" for a fried chicken sandwich.“
