“My wife and I, plus my daughter Jennifer and granddaughter Breanna were very much please with our dinner last night. Michael our server came out and created us, by saying it was so nice to see you here again. Michael remember our drink order and promtly brought it out to us. The job Michael did from start to finish was amazing. From getting our order out on time and the desert was perfect for my granddaughter Breanna and my wife's as well. Always asking if everything came out right and if we needed anything else. What a perfect evening and servers like Michael make us want to eat here often. “This is a surprisingly nice restaurant inside Nordstrom's. The server was excellent. We were not rushed but he appeared the moment we needed something. The food was very good. I have had the burger and another time, the fried chicken sandwich. My friends had the salad nicoise which was delicious and filling. For the evening, the cocktails are good as well. The window seating is lovely since until the weather is warm enough for their terrace seating. Take the elevator to the 5th floor, and you won't be tempted by the January sales.“

“Its pub food, it was ok, but I ordered a BBQ pizza, not expecting it to be spicy and had corn on it, never had a BBQ pizza like that, nor did I want it. I wasn't impressed.
On a good note the service was great! The young lady did a fantastic job, we were a group 7, and she took very good care of us.
Its is a very cool place, I loved the atmosphere. Cozy warm and definitely appealing.
Bottom line, I wasn't there for the beer, and not a fan of spicy food. So you decide. Im not trying to say it was horrible, but I'm just not into spicy food.“

“Came here last Friday. When it was packed in the afternoon. Wait took 15-30 mins but it was worth it.

I usually go to the Irvine Spectrum and eat at the CPK there once in a while. But my friends and I wanted to see how the CPK in Brea would compare.

I ordered the chicken tequila fettuccine and it was amazing but I wish they still had the spinach noodles; they had run out but the food was still really good. The guac n chips paired well with the Passion Fruit Tea and overall the food was amazing.

The atmosphere was okay, it was pretty warm inside and a little cramped but that’s because the whole place was packed.

Our server Daniel took very good care of us while still being able to help other tables. It felt like at one point he was the only server available on half the side of the restaurant. He did a wonderful job and his positive attitude during the busy rush is so refreshing.

Overall, I would say BREA CPK is slightly better than the other CPKs mainly because of the service. The chicken tequila would have probably been better if the spinach noodles were available and they had originally added abit more sauce.

“Parking at a nearby structure with first 3 hours free. Short walk, 5 min wait for a table and excellent options for food and beverage. The service was a little slow but it was a crowded Sat night over Memorial Day weekend. Would definitely enjoy a meal here again.“

“Michelin-Level Experience at Outback Prices The Wild Artichoke in Yorba Linda is a hidden gem. I was expecting something entirely different — and was pleasantly surprised in the best possible way. We started with the smashed potatoes and endive salad, which made for perfect appetizers: light enough not to spoil our appetite, yet full of flavor to whet it. The portions were ideal for sharing with my wife. For our main courses, we ordered from the lunch menu. I had the Wagyu burger, and my wife went with the tempura fish and chips. I’m not sure how they did it, but every bite was incredibly well-balanced. The fish had a crispy exterior, just the right touch of Maldon salt, and a beautifully firm, flaky interior. The tartar sauce was exceptional — rich, creamy, and unlike any I’ve had before. The burger was a standout. Each ingredient was distinct and purposeful — no unnecessary fillers. Every component worked in harmony to deliver deep, layered flavors in every bite. We ended the meal with the Basque cheesecake, which was beautifully presented. It wasn’t overly sweet, and the perfectly burnt top paired wonderfully with the sweet berry compote. A special treat was getting to meet the head chef. What a pleasant surprise. He shared the story behind one of his dishes and mentioned that every item on the menu has its own story and purpose. That passion really comes through in the food. I’ve dined at many fine restaurants, and I can confidently say the quality here rivals places charging $150–$200 per plate. The value is extraordinary for the caliber of cuisine offered. This is a truly special hidden gem — perfect for a relaxed lunch with friends or an intimate dinner date. I can’t wait to try the rest of their menu!“

First time was Valentine's Day meal that we loved so much that we took our college-age children and their significant others for a special birthday meal. They were impressed with the food, the presentation, the wine, the service, the view, all of it, and said they plan to also come back for special event meals. Hidden gem! Menu selections are creative, memorable, delicious and priced better than any other place around that serves food of this level. Service is friendly and attentive. Cal Poly Pomona students do the work at RKR, and it feels good to support the cause. Usually only open part of the year when college courses are in session, but we're excited to hear from our server that there are plans to expand service to summer also. A professor from the college was on hand to oversee the experience and was delightful & gracious to talk with and learn from (her knowledge of wine is extensive & informative).“

My adult daughter said she wanted to see the passing trains. She also said the drinks were really good. Guy serving us was hustling and was really nice.“

“I can tell the menu changes because other reviews and pictures had stuff I really wanted to try and was sad to find it not there. This is a good thing tho! Likely means they change seasonally, and it being a smaller menu, you know they keep things more fresh rather than having a bunch of frozen, ready items.
Their breakfast menu does have a lot of options! Staying at the hotel a week and I have tried almost all of it! The So Cal breakfast wrap (even tho I removed the chorizo) and the breakfast quesadilla! My husband LOVED the cheesecake French toast (me too honestly!)
Because of the morning staff, Tomas the host and our waitress Anabel, I looked forward to the start of each day. Anabel impressed me the second day when she remembered by very specific drink order from the first day and I have been so happy to see her since!
Dinner time, we have come a few times and things are pricy, but well made and tastey!!
Just sad they don't have soup options. I want to try more on the menu, but won't get the chance 🙁“
