“Stopped in to have a few drinks while visiting LA. I sat at the bar and both bartenders were friendly and attentive. The restaurant and restrooms were both clean.

My second visit was also great. We had to wait 20 minutes for a table on a busy Friday evening around 7:00.

The fish and chips were awesome. Crispy hot fish.“

“I was seated outside, not much of a view but that's OK. I had the country fried steak, with eggs over easy and biscuits & gravy. The food was delicious. The gravy had sage in it, but not overwhelming. The biscuit was seasoned, very good on its own. I enjoyed the CFS. My bride ordered a sandwhich. I don't recall but she really enjoyed it. I also ordered a side of their signature Chipotle cheddar potatoes. They were absolutely fantastic. I would go back just to have those potatoes. Staff was very efficient and friendly. “Yesterday, I discovered a hidden treasure in San Dimas - Sweet Savory Cafe. This cafe is known for its delicious cookies that sell out quickly. They offer a variety of international flavors, including Cuban sandwiches, salads, soups, freshly made bread, empanadas, and other bakery items. Some items are not listed on the menu, so you can ask for the Chef's Daily Special. I always look for clean and relaxing cafes where my family can eat, or I can simply sit and enjoy a book. My experience at Sweet Savory Cafe surpassed my experiences at other cafes in Pasadena, Claremont, and Upland. I arrived early and enjoyed warm cookies and bread, which were absolutely delicious. I ordered various items including coffee, soup, breakfast, and bakery items. Despite not being a coffee drinker, I found the coffee to be delicious and memorable. I also tried their Healthy Breakfast Burrito with added bacon, which was customizable and very filling. The Lentil soup had an amazing aroma and taste. I can't believe I didn't know about this cafe before, especially since I work in the city! For those new to the cafe, you can order through Uber Eats, Grubhub, Postmates, and DoorDash. They even have Keto-friendly San Dimas Barbershop Tacos! There is parking available in the front and back, and plenty of seating inside and outside. If you have a large party, they can accommodate you by pushing tables together. The atmosphere is peaceful, making it a wonderful place to read a book or enjoy a meal with family. They also offer freshly made orange juice, and all their sandwiches are made with their own bread. I tried a new flavor of Sweet & Savory bread and found it to be very delicious. I added cream cheese to it yesterday and tried it with butter today. This is definitely my new go-to place for food. I appreciate the cleanliness of the cafe and the fact that it's open early on for breakfast including Saturday and Sunday. I was even able to order all these items on a Saturday at 7AM. “I have been frequenting hotel Le’Meridian that has Longitude 118 bar lately. I specifically want to give a shout out to Erik who works the [early] a.m. shift at Longitude 118. “Fast service. They take the orders in and serve you at the table. We sat outside. We ordered pastrami and Banh mi which were delicious. Also, it comes with spring salad with a couple pieces of oranges and crumbled feta which complemented the sandwich well.“

“This restaurant is SO good. One of the three best meals I've had this year. The rolls and deviled eggs were an excellent starter. The wedge salad was so full of flavor and so fresh. The Sirloin entree for two is the best sirloin you will EVER HAVE!! If you don't save some space for their desserts then you will be missing out. “Incredible breakfast place that doesn't cut corners and offers decent coffee.

You can see in the textures that some of the more time intensive food is prepared by hand and not canned.
Benedict was great, coffee tastes like a decent brew I'd make at home, not instant and no cut corners in the kitchen.

“We had dinner at Wistaria last night and the food was delicious (we had the beet and goat cheese salad and the trout almondine and salmon dishes). We had such a positive experience that we decided to make this our go-to restaurant whenever we are in the area. I actually decided to write this review because of the kind service--after I left. I was convinced that I had left my cell phone at the restaurant (my phone had died and my apple watch indicated that the phone was there), and the staff person who answered the phone kindly looked for it and then patiently explained that if the phone had died, my apple watch may be indicating its last known location, but not its present location. She was right, and I soon found my phone--with a completely dead battery. Nevertheless, I appreciated her taking the time to reassure me--despite how busy I know that staff can be at that restaurant. We had planned to return for the wonderful food, but now we will definitely be returning for the delicious food, charming atmosphere, and more-than-helpful service!“
