Awesome cocktails 🍹 and super friendly staff
Navy Proof staff were super attentive and professional. Food was great, service was great, drinks were delicious and the atmosphere amazing.
A nice day bar/restaurant for a yummy breakfast and lunch and turns into a cool night spot for your smaller event or after dinner drinks. Loved it!! 10/10.

Navy Proof is the restaurant and bar inside the Westin Long Beach lobby. The open atrium with high ceilings and large windows looks impressive, but in the early afternoon the sun made the space feel warm and greenhouse-like.
The bartender was excellent. He went into the kitchen for fresh berries, muddled them with Tito's and soda, and made a genuinely refreshing summertime drink that helped with the heat...!
