The bread was wonderfully toasted, the tomato was juicy, and all of the ingredients went together perfectly. “I came in around 9:00 / 10:00 PM because I was low-key craving a good sandwich, and first off, they have great options! I absolutely love the employees here. They are beyond nice and super easy to chat with.I started talking to the girl working the night shift, and she immediately greeted me to offer quick service. She was incredibly friendly and sweet! “On wednesday, I went to this Subway. I was really hungry, and my mood had been terrible since morning- I had fought with everyone. When I got there, I met Mr. Ravi, an Indian guy. When I asked him for an extra scoop of tuna, he told me it would cost extra, and I got annoyed because it looked too little. I was already angry, but he handled the situation so calmly and respectfully that he actually made me laugh in the end. His service was so good that it genuinely made me want to leave a review, because he was completely right from his side. I truly salute that kind of customer service.“

“It was my first time going to Urbane Cafe in a while and I wanted to sign up since I come to LBX more often. I wanted to use my voucher to get a free cookie, but it didn't work for me since the card I wanted to register on the app was not going through. The worker was so nice and decided to honor the voucher since I showed her that I really did sign up when I went.

The tomato bisque was good and I highly recommend getting there.

“WOAH. Best banh mi I ever had. They put them on freshly made baguettes that they make (so it’s fresh and crisp)! The chicken and veggies were so perfectly fresh and delicious! Filling and you don’t feel like you ate a heavy sandwich—this the place. The biscoff latte, also the shit. While waiting for my order also got to buy my Asian chili sauce for my house that most Asian restaurants have (if you are a frequent buyer of this, was also a nice convenience!)
It’s right in front of Tesla chargers so also can be most efficient charge/snack ever.

It was wonderful to see what feels like a family-owned business. I know it's a franchise, but the owners and staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Their friendly service really stood out and made the visit even more enjoyable.
I ordered the Black Angus Steak sandwich, the Turkey Bacon Guacamole sandwich, and a bowl of soup. Everything was delicious! It's becoming harder and harder to find sandwich shops that still serve soup, so that was a pleasant surprise. Even though the weather was warm, the soup was comforting and full of flavor.
The sandwiches were fresh, carefully prepared, and tasted fantastic. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food.

“If there’s one place known for Vietnamese coffee, it’s this one. That sweet, creamy, ice-cold brew will keep you wired longer than any energy drink. It’s strong, but in the best way. Don’t even bother asking for less ice because the drink is meant to be diluted. Without it, the coffee is way too concentrated (even their bottled version at Costco says to mix it with ice or water!).

As for the food, their banh mi are always solid. Fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Prices have crept up over the years, but that’s pretty much everywhere now. Still worth the visit.“

I called and called and called the next day it was supposed to be for to get a refund but they still couldn't see my order. I'm not sure why.
