“It was impeccable as far as human service and cleanliness goes. I was a little worries at first because long beach has both extremes of bad and good places. This one is good. The only thing I didn't like was that there are kiosks to order food essentially right at the entrance with incentives to use the kiosk by offering a free frosty. That sounds good but the kiosks aren't the best option for people with kids and I have kids. So I had to go ask questions at the counter and then go back to the kiosk to complete my order for the free frosty. It made the atmosphere a bit cold, since the workers are now relegated to being in the background instead of interacting with customers. Besides that it was good.“

“Astrid is my favorite manager here. Always greeted with a smile. She takes the time to say hi and never complains and never tries to argue or prove the customer wrong because of a minor mistake. I've had missing items and items made incorrectly, and she fixes the issue immediately... with a smile. You can't even get mad... you just smile back. She's a true example of what working in customer service as a manager should be. She provides great internal and external customer service. Us familiar customers are glad to see her when we visit. Me coming from a background of 20+ years in the field, some could learn a lot from her. She's AWESOME!“

“First time here got the dirty was blown away they cook the burger from my dog Gizmo he ate it all he's only 12 lbs only downside now is I guess they're allowing takeout. “Food is good service is good. Very clean and fast service. My issue with this place is that they don’t offer restroom for customers no where to wash hands . How can a restaurant not offer restrooms?“

“In-N-Out Burger will always have great burgers they have a small menu but everything on its good and it's very affordable. And next time you get a soda or any drink for that matter look at the bottom of it and there's a scripture on there from John out of the Bible every cup has one it's really cool a lot of people don't know about it but check it out but I would suggest all people go eat here The lines are always there because people want to eat their hamburgers. A little bit on the downside is that the places are all small inside and is not enough sitting for you to sit down and actually enjoy your meal there and while you're there and there's a lot going on but all in all it's a great place to eat.“

“I long heard tales that this had the best burger in LA. I decided finally to visit on my birthday. It was 45 minutes to Compton and worth it. NOTE: It's easy to miss the storefront, The trick is to drive into the large parking lot just south of the storefront. I love the menu here because you can add an egg, pastrami, extra Patty and then there's choices of hot relish and sweet relish. Get both. This is Mama's place and Mama is the best, incredibly friendly, generous and they serve great food. I haven't had chili cheese fries in 6 or 7 years and it was worth breaking that pledge to eat it here. It was so good. I think there's just a little hint of oregano in it that gives it a great flavor. That's unexpected. I ordered a double turkey burger with pastrami and everything on it but mustard and my companion got a double cheeseburger with everything on it. They were freaking outstanding and the price was right. It was so cool to see people who were regulars just coming and going. I'd eat here too because it's the cheapest burger that I've had in La that was decent, my companion noted that McDonald's is just a block away and the burgers. There are the same price but they're not the same quality at all. These are excellent burgers and My friend was like you have to wait like 5 or 10 minutes, but it's worth it because they're cooked right there and it's awesome. A mama let us eat in the table out back and gave us an extra fries and barbecue sauce on top of the chili cheese fries. She was so accommodating and so friendly and gave us a big hug before we left. “We run a busy DIY art studio nearby, and Fantastic Cafe is one of our go to places when we get really busy and need something to go, or when we need an extra energy pickup at the start/end of a long day. Our favorite is the two for one hamburger special after 4 PM, but we also love the patty milk with extra onions, the big, hot fries, and breakfast. Watch out for their milkshakes. They’re huge and addicting.“

“Dave's is one spot you're not gonna wanna miss!! It's a burger shack in a gas station parking lot, and it's one of the best meals in the area. The people who work here are great at what they do and really nice. It's really hard to find a good patty melt on rye, and this is one of the best ones in all of LA/Orange. Seasoned fries are so good I eat half of them without even a thought. Places like this are rarer by the year, and Dave's is a gem. Support them often and tip well!“

“THIS PLACE IS AMAZING in the best possible way. Today I went for lunch with my 90 year old mother, my wife, and our two teenagers - a pretty diverse group, and not real easy to please. Everybody was extremely happy with what they ordered - the only complaint was from my wife, saying afterwards that she had "eaten too much" but couldn't stop because it was so delicious! She had the "heart stopper" burger, which includes bacon and a fried egg. My son and I often split two plates so we can try more things, and the pastrami sandwich and Frisco burger were both GREAT. I should have ordered the Pastrami on grilled rye - personal preference - but the roll it was served on was still very fresh. My daughter ordered the pastrami as well, and she loved hers. Grandma got the Reuben, and is looking forward to finishing it for dinner (huge sandwich for an old lady). We also tried the fried zucchini - best I've had in many years. Great fries and onion rings as well. I think that this may have just become our new family joint for a quick bite. My only regret is that I didn't find it earlier...... I spoke briefly with the manager, and he was really nice - working hard, because of the lunch rush, but was clearly committed to providing great food and great service.“
