I don’t come to McDonalds often but today I chose to drive to the Los Alamitos restaurant because of their service. I have 2 McDonalds less than a mile away from my house. However, I was disappointed by their service this time. They had no cream cheese for my bagel. They did not add the cream and sugar to my coffee. They told my husband they don’t make decaf ice coffee. Boo to service.
Great ice coffee! Fast drive thru service
Very nice restaurant. People acted like they were happy to have a job! Food was hot and perfectly cooked fries just what we wanted. Store is clean as were the restrooms. Keep up the good work!

McDonald's is a restaurant located in a nice area with a large parking lot that makes it easy to access. The restaurant is generally clean, and during busy times like Sunday mornings, customers can still receive their food quickly. The staff members often have friendly attitudes and smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The food is served hot, and customers have been pleased with the quick service and comfortable environment. Many customers enjoy their visits, especially for items like coffee and sausage McMuffins. However, some issues with customer service have been noted, such as a staff member who did not greet customers properly and only called out order numbers. The restaurant's app can sometimes be confusing, leading to problems with redeeming coupons or placing orders. There have also been occasional mistakes with orders, like receiving the wrong meal through the drive-thru. Despite these issues, most visits are positive, and customers feel comfortable and satisfied with their experience.
