“The food was super delicious. We got the spicy chicken sandwich, the French dip, the burger, and the cherry-huckleberry pie. All were exceptionally delicious. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. They charge for refills on drinks (cokes and diet cokes) and the waiter took forever to do anything. For reference, there were three groups seated in the restaurant at the time we went. We thought he might have been new, which is understandable, but it was crazy slow even for a newbie.“

“This place has the best sandwiches in DTLB. I recently had the Spicy Mo, Yo (turkey, salami, cheese & veggies) on a baguette and it was delicious. Crunchy, tasty and full of flavor - you will not be disappointed. I only wish the sandwich was bigger.“

“To John Hansen, My wife and I would like to thank you for such a lovely evening. Chez Bacchus represents the “True Expression of a Dining Experience”. Starting with the welcoming staff at the entrance. John, your hospitality is the beginning of the joyful experience. The restaurant is so elegant. We enjoyed the vaulted ceilings with wood beams. We enjoyed the large window at the kitchen area so you can see the Chefs at work. We got to sit next to the impressive wine rack display. The restaurant’s ambiance wouldn’t be complete without the soft background music. Our waiter, Issac, was a delight. He provided us with his expertise in choosing our wines, appetizers, entrees, and desserts. It was a pleasure to meet to give special thanks to the Chef, Danny Le and Su Chef, Donald. Their expertise is why we had an amazing and delicious dinner.“

“✨Drink like a Whale and Eat a Volcano at Sulgorae in Norwalk, California✨We came to @sulgorae.sojubar for their refreshing Whole Watermelon Soju, which consists of fresh watermelon juice (the perfect summer flavor), Soju, and Sprite to sweeten and fizz up your cocktail.
What we didn’t expect was to be blown away by their variety of food options, from fried bar bites to comforting entrees and everywhere in between. Their KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) was served hot (temperature) from the kitchen with the skin in perfect crispiness and meat so juicy.
But the real star of the meal was their Volcano Beef Stirfry- you know it’s the dish to get when you see it served to every table! Be warned: the spice level is no joke here. We ordered with a level 1 out of 4 spice and that was perfect amount for me (and I can handle ??)

“Every time I’ve been at Black bar a very enjoyable experience, it has a wonderful selection of whiskey which I drink. They have wonderful, creative cocktails that I’ve tried and never been disappointed. The pizza is wonderful as well. Please try it. The ladies who run it are very hospitable And will bend over backwards to make your time there something to talk about. Very talented and charismatic bartenders as well.“

“I didn't even know this place existed until a neighbor took me here. Its very spacious it's super clean and it's definitely much better than most neighborhood bars. I actually thought this place was a liquor store in passing. Sally is a great bartender. Very personable and a joy to converse with. There's 3 pool tables and ample room for a crowd.“

“On an unpredicted rainy Wednesday night found myself in the cozy Wrigley Tavern. A locals hangout with the ambiance of the type of joint my dad might have frequented. Great service and a good selection of spirits and beer. The flatbread I tried, well, maybe not next time. I’ll come back on a weekend night for certain.“

“I didn't have any expectations going here, but they were all quickly exceeded! I loved how there were several different stands to get food from, including a dedicated bar area (I hate it when you have to order food at the bar).The food was all really fairly priced and so good! It paired well with the beer flight my partner and I got. There are many unique beers to have, and the bartender who served us was super cool and friendly.I definitely want to come back again! “I don't drink anymore, but when I did, this place had a great selection and still does. I mostly come for the music now, which is great because the shows start early and end early. I can walk here, but if you're driving, I would get there early as parking can be difficult as it is all over Long Beach. The bartenders here are great as well. Paul is one of the best.“

“If you LOVE rock, especially Spanish rock and you better roll up to this place. Cover charge is $5 on Saturdays. The only downside of this place is that it's small so it can get kinda packed at times. I would still recommend you try it out at least once.“

Dj Grego putting out multiple fire tracks de rock en español that’ll have you dancing around all night long.. April’s gotcha on them waters quick! drink specials! A very chill AF vibe! “lemme tell ya 'bout Kelly's Tavern. Shiiiit, them drinks was cold, that Bloody Mary was fire, and dem bartenders? Lawd have mercy, they was fine as hell.
I went in for a lil' somethin' somethin', and lemme tell ya, I almost forgot why I came in the first place. I was too busy watchin' them mix dem drinks. It was like a magic show, but instead of rabbits, they were pullin' out these incredible cocktails.
Let's just say I left there feelin' good, both inside and out.“

“I have coming to this location for about a year now and have had the privileged to me most of all of the bartenders and to be honest I sometimes only stop by to grab food .. my fave is bacon wrapped hot dog , it’s loaded and so yummy. Also, all the finger foods are amazing and I’m able take home to indulge during my movie nights at home. One last thing - Amanda the bartender is one of my favs she’s so nice and even with a full bar she makes you feel like you’re the only one there giving you all the attention.“
