Great little breakfast/brunch place. The Baja omelette is really good if you like chorizo. The home fries are very good when done extra crispy. Add hollandaise to the corned beef hash, yummy combo.
Unlike the nearby IHOP, the food at Country Cafe is very tasty and always a good portion. The service is very friendly and the vibe is homey and cozy (especially inside). Weekends are busy all day, for breakfast, come early or a bit late and have brunch instead.

American breakfast/lunch restaurant in Cypress, on Lincoln and Moody, right across the IHOP. Clearly, way better than the latter... Fairly packed at around noon, especially on weekends (come earlier or later, it's open until 1:30 PM). The food is quite good. Maybe not spectacular, but still better than average.
