We don't have pollo loco where I live, never tried Mexican chicken until now , it was delicious no doubt . I had a little inconvenience at first because it was a too crowded and my order was wrong , but a nice lady helped me a corrected my order right away , I believe she was assistant manager , dont remember . But great chicken and staff was nice to me ?.
The restaurant was busy and it is clean. The parking lot looks great the people inside or not very talkative or very friendly just kind of monotone. I ordered the classic Pollo bowl and I got chicken that looks like it was three days old the flavor of the chicken is terrible. I feel like I'm eating a food that was made a day and a half ago. Typically my go-to place even though I don't live that close and pass by a couple of other ones that aren't as good... Use the online app and the food is always ready in a timely manner... They just recently raised their prices a little bit which I understand because we're in California and with all of our new rules and regulations and mandatory wages and whatnot, it was to be expected...
