Worst customer service ever, they asked like in the movies you know like what did you want, and the prices to much i feel like i was eating like a baby chicken pieces are too small...almost $20 for 3 small pieces of chicken like what..overall bad experience at least Popeyes is a little more expensive but is worth my time and money....

Typically my go-to place even though I don't live that close and pass by a couple of other ones that aren't as good... Use the online app and the food is always ready in a timely manner... They just recently raised their prices a little bit which I understand because we're in California and with all of our new rules and regulations and mandatory wages and whatnot, it was to be expected... More often than not the food is tasty and what one would expect... Never had any problems with the employees and I usually ask for extra salsa... Everyone is courteous and helpful

Absolutely the worst chicken ever! Bought the festive family pack. The chicken was completely overcooked and hard all the way thru. Skin hard and dry as leather. It was all prepared ahead of time and handed to us as soon as we got to the window. Will never ever eat there again. Too tough for children and adults alike to eat. Inedible at best.

Picked up a mobile order and the guy with a long hair who's working there told me somebody already picked up my order. Well i'm the one who paid for it. Gave me a hard time while he's NOT DOING HIS JOB double checking who's picking up orders. TERRIBLE SERVICE and never ever coming back to this place! Dont waste your time coming here if you want to be pissed off! Whoever owns this place talk to that guy, he's very rude! this happens 1/3/24 around 5:15pm, check your camera!

I have been here a couple times with me and my wife always have some sort of attitude and also they don't follow directions when you ask him well done browned the chicken.Today some Mexican girl or Hispanic girl at the drive-thru I asked her that the legs were not well done but she came back with some old wings which I didn't see until we got home bad service and bad food ?

We don't have pollo loco where I live, never tried Mexican chicken until now , it was delicious no doubt . I had a little inconvenience at first because it was a too crowded and my order was wrong , but a nice lady helped me a corrected my order right away , I believe she was assistant manager , dont remember . But great chicken and staff was nice to me ?.

Ordered the 16 piece family meal and some of the chicken was not edible. The chicken breast were like rubber and could not be broken apart when chewing. Employees are also very unfriendly. This will be the last time I will be going to this location. We used to eat here weekly

I picked up my mobile order from this place, the lady seemed upset that I asked for salsa. She said they didn't add any because I had not asked for it in the app. I get to my place and the chicken looks like it's leftover chicken from yesterday. I will not be coming back, I usually go to the one on La Palma, the food is fresh and the service is better

The restaurant was busy and it is clean. The parking lot looks great the people inside or not very talkative or very friendly just kind of monotone. I ordered the classic Pollo bowl and I got chicken that looks like it was three days old the flavor of the chicken is terrible. I feel like I'm eating a food that was made a day and a half ago. Product quality is terrible except for the onions and cilantro. full of rice hardly any beans and a very small amount of chicken does not meet expectations at all and I know if their bosses were here they would be pissed.
