When I'm in town this is my favorite go to place for dinner. The atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant and I never feel rushed. They offer a wide variety of dishes at reasonable prices with large portions and tasty foods. I can't get over the Bleu cheese salad dressing!..absolutely the best I've ever had. I'll definitely come back again.
Unfortunately Daltons is a superb eatery in a very sketchy neighborhood. My wife and I tried to spend the nite at a adjacent hotel which was pathetic. Our dinner at Daltons was the only good thing about our stay. I had prime rib perfectly cooked. My wife had fried chicken, Mashed potato and Mac n cheese, can't get any better. Great food it’s your old school classic diner and the food was fast and delicious and can’t wait to come back and try more things. I had the club sandwich and it would stand up to any other good one you can buy at your local restaurant. My wife had the ham and cheese omelette and it was delicious with lots of cheese and flavor and would definitely get it again the service was top notch even with what it looked like was one person working 12 plus tables.
