Night shift Front Desk staff, Quinn, was absolutely helpful. We drove 4 hrs from Las Vegas & checked in at 12 midnite. We were exhausted, however, Quinn made it extremely pleasant & assisted throughout our 5 day stay! Excellent customer service to include front desk staff Katlyn & Mavis!
The staff service at this property was above and beyond. Everyone I encountered was amazing. Quinn at the front desk made for an amazing check in experience and helped me feel valued and appreciated. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again! Great location in Cypress

I'm liking it here! We've driven past this hotel countless times since we live here in Cypress. Our house is getting fumigated so we choose to stay here. It's about 100 yards from an El Torito and little marketplace of restaurants. Very convenient! This hotel is clean, has a bar/ restaurant, pool, gym, conference center, and market.
