It would be better if they had put more effort in their rooms. The rooms never get cleaned by the housekeeping and the soap that they provide is always half empty of almost done.

I ordered the bistro melt... Daaaaaaayuuuum!! One of the best melts I ever had. Plus I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich for my aunt.. she loved it! 10/10! Gooooood food n service

id choose 0 star if i could!!!! but i'm a nice person so i'll give them some grace these sheets are ATROCIOUS! this room smells fkn horrid. i'm already weary going to hotels so i usually give them some grace because im sure cleaning the rooms is a heavy load. my family and i got home late after celebrating new years and im sure we were too tired to say something about this putrid a** smell ‍ we woke up with bites and i really fkn hope its not bed bugs. this room was free from accumulating points staying at other hotels. checks out. we're staying on the top floor in one of the last rooms so yeah i got a good view but tell me why im waking up to realization that is my sheets smell like puke!! i wish i was joking im sure the cleaning people skip over this part of the hotel honestly. but i can't even ignore how nasty this room smells we typically stay at a spring hill suite from marriot but this was a last minute trip and booking. we are neverrrrr ever straying away again. the front desk lady was nice and the lobby was pretty. but bro i don't think these sheets were properly dried or something im mad hot rn tldr: stinky a** sheets and probably bed mites. book somewhere else.

I'm liking it here! We've driven past this hotel countless times since we live here in Cypress. Our house is getting fumigated so we choose to stay here. It's about 100 yards from an El Torito and little marketplace of restaurants. Very convenient! This hotel is clean, has a bar/ restaurant, pool, gym, conference center, and market. The lobby has complimentary water, juice, and yes, popcorn!!! I mean, who doesn't like popcorn?! There was a delay is getting our room cleaned, but we asked them to do so, and they gave us 2 complimentary drink vouchers. The bartender (I didn't catch his name) was professional, friendly, and even told me that if there was a drink that he didn't know how to make, I could walk him through it. That tells me he's not there for a paycheck. He's willing to learn and that's hard to find these days. He also asked us about our day and what we did. Because of him, I would come back just for the bar! The rooms are clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend coming back!

Night shift Front Desk staff, Quinn, was absolutely helpful. We drove 4 hrs from Las Vegas & checked in at 12 midnite. We were exhausted, however, Quinn made it extremely pleasant & assisted throughout our 5 day stay! Excellent customer service to include front desk staff Katlyn & Mavis!

Horrible. At least for a Courtyard. Two elevators and one of them isn't working. Front desk said it's been down for over a month. 3-5 minute wait for the elevator. No more complimentary anything either. They added an overpriced bistro that doubles as an overpriced Starbucks. Ooo la la. Room smelled like it use to be a smoking room. And, after the room service (which is every two days now cuz who cares about service at this point) came in at 11, I was woken by two maid staff coming into my room at 330 pm for some reason. After rubbing my eyes and realizing what just happened, I went and found em in the hall to ask them what they were doing. Although it was mostly unintelligible, it was something about doing a spot check. Maybe for the earlier room service guy who may have been new, but did a good job and was polite and thorough. Only reason for not giving 0 stars. It actually seemed kinda fishy to me and still doesn't make any sense, when you have a guest staying in a room. They defended themselves by saying I didn't have my "do not disturb" sign out. Bottom line, how the hell is Marriott slipping this far? Fix the elevator. Act like you care to provide some amount of service and let's get that complimentary thing back. I mean I'll never stay here again, but I would have if it had been ok. I'm sure I won't be the only one who passes in this place in the future. Oh, AC sucks too. That's it. For now.

My three-night stay at the Courtyard By Marriott Cypress Anaheim/Orange County had its ups and downs. The restaurant staff and reception were remarkably friendly and attentive, contributing positively to my experience. However, the housekeeping service left much to be desired. Despite addressing the issue with the reception, which noted my concern, the situation didn't improve the next day. Throughout my stay, the bed went unarranged and the vacuum cleaner seemed to have been overlooked entirely. While the towels were changed regularly, the lack of proper housekeeping negatively impacted my overall comfort at the hotel.

The staff service at this property was above and beyond. Everyone I encountered was amazing. Quinn at the front desk made for an amazing check in experience and helped me feel valued and appreciated. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again! Great location in Cypress

Once again let down by this brand. These hamster hut "Courtyard By Marriott" are franchises with seemingly little oversight by the Marriott mothership. This is an old property advertised as remodeled. Not really. The AC is a joke, the towels and toilet paper are prison quality. The mattress was horrible. The furnishings are sparse. I promise you the franchise owners wouldn't stay here. Why would you? Will never again spend a dime on this pathetic rip off brand. Shame on you Marriott for whoring out your name.

Katlyn at the front desk was courteous and friendly when greeting g me. I was 4 deep in a line vying for her attention but she never slipped and treated all of us with grace. She’s an asset to your organization and deserves recognition for excellent customer care. Odd that I’m here on business to improve the customer care of my own group. If you’re not careful, I’ll try to recruit Katlyn away from you.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the rooms are clean and the staff is so friendly! The manager went above and beyond to make sure my family’s stay was amazing. I will definitely stay here again! If you’re thinking about staying, DO IT!
