I used to love the spring rolls here, but something has definitely changed for the worse. There’s not a single vegetable inside—just a thick layer of clumped-up, soggy noodles. It was completely inedible. I hope you bring back the original recipe.
Same as the other Pho Mays with its menu, so keeping a different name might confuse people? Guess Walker Pho May doesn't sound as interesting when Valley View Pho May is nearby.
Thus the food is ok, strictly speaking pretty typical. If you happen to be closest to it, you'll have a good time, but note that two sister locations are pretty close by, you could probably walk to the Valley View one
