“This year we chose Black Bear diner for the location of our annual Chrispen Team Pumpkin Pie giveaway, and we couldn't have been more impressed. The manager Isaid was amazing from the start helping me plan the event and order hundreds of pies. The large patio provided a private and cheerful atmosphere and was the perfect spot for the event. Carlos and the rest of the staff were amazingly attentive and handled everything we needed on the day of the event. All of our clients raved about how delicious the pies were and loved the convenient location. We can't wait to come back next year!“

“We had high hopes coming to Olea, but alas we were disappointed. Location/Ambiance: Westcliff Plaza and small with a large bar at the front, the layout leaves little space for tables. We sat in a snug booth alongside the windows with a view of Susie Cakes next door. The decor is warm and modern. Food: Subpar! Burnt bread but delicious whipped butter. Butter lettuce and Goat cheese salad was bland with a basic dressing. Mac and cheese skillet was good but nothing amazing. Filet was dry with overdone gluey mashed potatoes, and underdone broccolini. Halibut was pan seared to a dry mess with an inedible coating, bland steamed seasonal vegetables of cauliflower, carrots, and broccoli as a side. Service: Friendly and Fake, if you enjoy watching servers walk away from your table talking about how "picky and difficult you are" this is a perfect spot. My Mother has dietary restrictions and we are specific to ensure a safe dining experience, it's sad when that's met with disdain. Overall: We won't be back!“

“We did the chef's counter. This was a lovely experience, I was giggling like a kid in a candy shop half the time. We loved watching the food prep (even the learning moments), they explained some R&D going on (that we got to try! ) the somnlier Mickey was spot on! Word of warning, the coffee is terrible. Especially the cappuccino...tastes like a K-cup version. Not worth the $5.25 I paid, I couldn't finish it because of the weird aftertaste. As for service, everyone is very friendly. We got 'Nicole' for our waitress. Very FAST and efficient. (don't expect a warm and fuzzy conversation...) The food is gets onto the table so fast, you don't get a chance to ask questions before she's gone. Reminds me of YouTube KSenia..lolz. But for real...The Food is excellent. Nice quiet diner serving an older clientele, a nice outdoor patio just blocks from the beach. It can get chilly, so I recommend bringing a sweater. Enjoy!“

“We dined at Amarith Table last night for the first time and can't wait to tell all of our friends about what a Great Restaurant it is. There is literally something on the menu for everyone. The food is delicious ontop of being all organic. The service was top-notch: friendly & efficient. Every staff member came to our table to introduce themselves and to see how things were. “I couldn’t wait to share our experience at Benchmark restaurant in Santa Ana California. Everything about this place is perfection! It was a hot day, but the beautiful outdoor dining area was cool and breezy underneath the beautiful trees. Our waitress was knowledgeable, wonderfully friendly, and attended to all our needs. Each of us ordered a different item on the menu and I had to taste everything. I had the Spanish omelette, which was delicious, the burger seems like a very popular item understandably because that along with the delicious fries was exceptional. Enchiladas with mole were a wonderful treat, and the French toast was probably the hit of the table. This wonderful brunch dish was not exceptionally sweet, which made it so perfect. Some places just overdo it with the sweetness. We will definitely be going back many times to tryout dinners and more of the selections on all of the menus. I will also be spreading the word because this is probably my favorite place in Orange County now. Thank you Benchmark for a fantastic experience!“

“Factually the best breakfast burrito in the state of CA. Staff made me feel welcomed, very professional and courteous. The place was bustling with many people in line, but my order came out right away! The burrito is massive. Every bite contains the perfect ratio of crispy tots, melted cheese, fluffy eggs, and crunchy bacon. I was amazed at how stuffed the burrito was without falling apart or being greasy at all! And the sauces...I tried the habanero salsa, cheese sauce, and avocado crema. They each carry distinct flavors that complement the burrito so well, I had to keep alternating sauces with every bite because I couldn't decide which one I liked best. All the ingredients used were top quality, the freshness really stood out. Once you try LJ’s there’s really no going back to normal breakfast burritos.“

“A very small breakfast place. Quaint and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious. Portions were a little all over the place. I got the breakfast burrito with bacon. Great flavor! Just the way I like it. It's just breakfast...in a burrito. But it was on the small side, normal store tortilla size not those giant ones you get from other similar establishments. My daughter got a side of bacon and a side of hash browns. There's no way I could have eaten all they gave her. Overall delicious. Would definitely come again.“

“I happened to be in Huntington Beach for my dog and wanted to join other veterans and the places that celebrated us. I stumbled on 25 degrees. What a pleasure. The bartender couldn't have been any more of a delight. She even had them make a patty for my service dog. I met an amazing vet Darren and his lady Becca. Hi Becca and Darren. I think we are going to be great boat friends. I have a 17 foot Boston whaler a Montauk fishing boat and and need other fishermen/women to take it out. Looking forward to many days on the water. “Solid breakfast place for very reasonable pricing. I'm from the midwest, so I was happy to see <$15 per meal breakfast options. Some of the best pancakes I've ever had and the Louisiana sausage was an interesting (in a good way) flavor and breakfast option. The whole party enjoyed everything.“
