“We tried this place a few times and we're disappointed one of the times. So not sure if the food quality is inconsistent. But we just went recently and it was quite good this time around. We ordered a couple rounds of drinks. Great craft cocktail list (although small). I ordered the Reconstructed Destination twice! For food: We ordered the Truffle Burger (the Truffle really showed through and the meat was very juicy and flavorful). Salon Tartare was amazing, loved the brightness and the unami component with the tobiko (black roe) on top. The creme fraiche was a great acidic addition. And lastly, we ordered the Salmon Almandine. Let me tell you that I normally don't order salmon because it's usually overcooked. This was perfectly cooked, medium rare and juicy inside. The skin was crispy. The almonds were fried crispy and had a good season to it. Very satisfied. The waitress was also very friendly and available--she made sure to check up on us every so often. We also noticed the bar is a good vibe/social bar. The several times we were there, the bar was filled with people wanting to have a good drink and good time. The bartenders were also very thrilled to make drinks off the menu if you asked. There's also a semi-private room great for hosting parties/events. Sometimes this place is super busy and others you can just walk in. I still recommend making a reservation just in case! Vibe: Dark industrial modern.“

The PF menu was $65 per person and well worth it. Everything was spectacular. The blending of flavors with the heirloom carrots was unique. I'm not normally a huge fan of tartare normally, but it was really flavorful. The beef cheek was melt-in-your-mouth tender and even the rice pudding - which I can normally take or leave - had some wonderful, unexpected flavors. Don't be fooled by the "bistro" label. This was definitely a cut above the normal bistro fare of steak and frites or Croque Monsieur.Our server was warm and efficient. She was friendly enough to stop and talk but took her cue from us, which was much appreciated. The location used to be part of the Corner Bakery chain. This restaurant didn't do much to change the decor after taking it over from Ruby's, so it has a sort of a coffee shop feel which is fine. Food was delicious and service was excellent!
