“Woody's Diner is definitely a spot worth checking out! Our experience there was nothing short of fantastic. Our server, Keelyn, was an absolute gem. Not only was she super attentive, but she also took the time to ensure we had a memorable dining experience. She even went the extra mile by providing recommendations and popular choices from the menu, which we really appreciated. Speaking of the menu, the food was outstanding. I opted for their signature omelette, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. Not only was it a generous portion size, but it was also bursting with flavor without tasting greasy or heavy. My wife decided to go with the pancakes, and she was equally impressed. They were fluffy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. One thing that really stood out to us was the family-friendly atmosphere. Not only did they have coloring crayons available for our toddler, but Keelyn also suggested some nearby family activities we could enjoy after our meal, which was a nice touch. Overall, Woody's Diner exceeded our expectations in every way. From the attentive service to the delicious food and cozy ambiance, we couldn't have asked for a better dining experience. “I love this place it's been so long since we came here. I was craving a delicious breakfast today so suggested Harbor House. What can I say, been coming here for like 20 years wow that's such a long time! It doesn't even feel like that long, this place is amazing. I love their corn beef hash and eggs, I always have them make it extra crispy, the hash browns extra crispy and I got a side of extra crispy bacon. I remember they used to have the home style potatoes if I remember correctly, but it's been a while since we have been here so sort of forgot. I also had a coke with grenadine so delicious. My husband ordered the Denver Omelette with cheese with hash browns and coffee. Was a nice brunch/lunch. Usually this place is always packed with lines out the door. Today it wasn't too busy maybe we came at the off time of day. The parking lot is small and is a little crazy when it is busy but I love that it's near Sunset Beach. I love coming down here such a beautiful drive and area. Our server was super friendly and helpful. Brought our drinks and food out quickly. I love the ambiance here with all the posters of old movies and the pictures of the movie stars on the walls, the lights too, they have posters hanging on the sealing's as well. Where we sat at the top part in the back area they have these old bingo games all over the walls to which I love. Nice that they haven't changed anything for the last 25 years. Still cool atmosphere I forever love. We usually always sit in the top area of the back of the restaurant so we can overlook everything and have a private sort of area which is nice. All the food here is delicious! I highly recommend this place if you haven't been here before. 5 stars for great service, delicious food, cool atmosphere and for being one of my favorite breakfast places to go for so many years! “Last night we went to Speak Cheezy on 4th St at Termino. First off, EXCELLENT customer service! We had the Shroomday Button (Oyster and Maitake Mushrooms/ White Wine Braised Leeks / Truffle Cheese / house stretched mozzarella / shredded mozz / parsley / post oven of lemon zest. *We love to add Hobbs Sausage*). I added that delicious sausage and loved that pizza! We also had the Bloomsdale (garlicky bloomsdale spinach / hand stretched mozzarella / shredded mozzarella /pecorino / smoked ricotta / gaeta olive / za’atar / feta salsa verde)... and YUM! And we decided to try the Garden of Farms Little Gem Caesar Salad (little gems / kewpie caesar dressing / pizza croutons / anchovies / Ribbons of Fiscalini Gold / soft cooked egg). Again, tasty, tasty, tasty. Speak Cheezy sure seems to use high-end products in the creation of their pizzas and salads. Everything was top notch. That salad was so yummy with that incredible salad dressing and the jammy soft cooked egg. I want another one to eat with my lovely pizza leftovers. :)“

“This is truly a gem of a hole in the wall!! Almost literally, and I say that with respect and appreciation. This cute little eatery is easy to miss, being tucked in a very small strip mall (if it even qualifies as that!) between a small pharmacy and a laundromat, just south of the Arco on the corner of PCH and Pacific. But once you have eaten here, boy oh boy is it hard to forget!I come here about once every other week when I'm on a regular work schedule. Became hooked immediately with their unique bahn mi sandwiches and their pate chaud. Now I'm completely obsessed with their plant-based shrimp spring rolls and their grilled pork bun bowl. That bowl is the perfect balance of light and filling, flavorful and refreshing. It is one of my lunch go-to options. And the plant-based shrimp rolls are AMAZING. Obviously I'm not vegan, but this is an item that I enjoy so much despite it all.I have yet to try their pho. Maybe one of these days. They do have seating inside, but no restroom. Also, parking lot is small and shared, so I avoid coming during peak lunch hours, usually after 1 to pick up my food, and I've had no issues.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, flavorful too!Parking: Parking lot is pretty small and shared with a pharmacy, laundromat and discount store.“

Our table ordered chilaquiles verdes and rojos, the brekky quesadilla, the kid's French toast, the banana nut French toast, and the cafe de olla and not one of us was disappointed. “I read good reviews so we thought would go and give a try. Well the family and I had fantastic meal. My husband had a goat fish and said was very flavorful and tasty. For the kids (8, 11)we got a mild Lamb Korma and Butter chicken. With these I confirmed that they would be mild enough for the kids. The butter chicken and lamb korma even though was ordered as mild (no spice at all to it) it had an absolutely amazing flavor to it- perfect for kids. Now I have had a lot of butter chicken and hands down this was the best I have ever had. The chicken fried rice we ordered was very tasty as well. Highlight for my husband was the beer from India. He said it was very nice and complimented the food nicely.“

“Perfect brunch/breakfast spot. Super cute casual charm with dishes to match. The portions are great and the food was delicious. I particularly loved my baklava latte- definitely a yummy treat on a rainy morning. My eggs Benedict were great and on latkas?? Delicious! Everyone enjoyed their food and the service was super quick and efficient. The only downside is the parking and size of the location, on a rainy day everyone was waiting for an inside spot, so you may have to wait a bit for a seat. Thankfully we arrived early enough to not worry about that ! The food was a bit on the pricey side, so definitely be warned that two dishes and two drinks, plus tip was about $60. That brunch price may not be for everyone, so please know that it’s definitely a bit more of a price to pay but I wholeheartedly think that it was worth it!“

“I've always seen this place packed during lunchtime. I came here to try their sandwiches. They have only seating outside. There is street parking and in the neighborhood. The shop is a grocery store in the inside. They have jeni's ice cream, pasta, deli meat, cheese, refrigerated pasta, salad, and sandwiches. There's also pasta salad you can choose. The staff was super nice and quick in making my sandwiches. I got the Prosciutto di Parma, which has mozzarella cheese and prosciutto. You can definitely taste the freshness in the ingredients. The other sandwich i got is the spicy combo. It definitely was spicy you can tell from one bite of the salami. This is definitely a great sandwich shop.“

When the Packing House is just too packed, Rodeo 39 has so many more options without the large crowd making it a great food hall to come with friends who aren't very good at unanimously choosing a restaurant. My personal favorite places are Banh Xeo Boys for the Banh Xeo, Kare for their katsu curry, phoholic for pho (of course), Steel Pan Pizza for their mushroom pizza, and Shootz for their Kimchi Butter Shrimp. Honorable mentions are Tenori and the Mexican restaurant that unfortunately, I can't remember the name of. Grab your food and choose a nice spot on the patio or inside by the bar to grab a drink later and enjoy the variety of options they provide with relatively reasonable prices.“
