I've been going to this location in Irvine since they opened . It was Baja Fresh years ago . My favorite is the Big Blu burger It's so delicious omg. First of all the bun itself is delicious, now you add the huge meat patty , topped with tomato,bacon ,blu cheese ,arugula with a hint of BBQ sauce it's perfect.
