“I visited here in late May 2024. This is WAY better than the old taco shop that was here. I had the Smashburger and fries. Burger was huge and is honestly the best burger I’ve ever had in Orange County…seriously! Fries were awesome. Employees were super nice. This place is a gem and I’ll be back!!!“

This Finneys location is particularly enjoyable, being one of the only 'watering holes' in Laguna, comprised of 30% locals every night.

They have great bar tenders overall, however there is high turnover. You'll be lucky if Kelsie is at the bar to serve you. The group of locals that rack it up 6-7 days a week were extremely disappointed to learn that she is temporarily only working 1 day per week. She contributed greatly to building the community here and its unfortunate that I won't be seeing as many locals as a result.“

“I highly recommend In n Out Burger. I love their burgers, fries and Root Beer when I go. But why can't I get a burger well-done late night? With the patties nice and thin, I should never bite into a burger that's red or pink inside. I even tell them to burn it a little bit. But that doesn't change a thing. I'm not going to stop eating here. I'll just aim for earlier when not at a peak rush with a long line. Wish me luck!“

There's always an attractive girl to help you out and some chill dude cooking the burgers, every time since I fist visited this place. Great location, awesome vibes.“

“TK Burgers is one of those classic Orange County spots that reminds you why simple food done right still wins. The place has that old-school surf shack vibe that feels authentic to the beach communities around here. It’s casual, quick, and the staff always seem to keep things moving even when the line gets long.

The burgers are solid and exactly what you want from a traditional California burger stand. Fresh grilled patties, soft buns, and simple toppings that don’t try to overcomplicate things. Everything tastes fresh off the grill and you can tell they’ve been doing it the same way for years. It’s not trying to be trendy or fancy. It’s just good, classic burger stand food that hits the spot every time.

Where TK Burgers really separates itself from the pack is the fries. And honestly, this is where I think they beat In-N-Out pretty easily. In-N-Out has great burgers, but their fries can be a little hit or miss depending on the batch. TK Burgers consistently serves fries that are crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and actually seasoned well. They taste like proper old-school burger stand fries, the kind you keep reaching back into the basket for even after you’re full.

The portions are generous, the prices are fair for Orange County, and the atmosphere feels laid back and local. You’ll see surfers, families, and longtime regulars all grabbing a quick meal. It’s the kind of place that feels like it’s been part of the community forever.

If you’re in Orange County and craving a straightforward, no-nonsense burger and fries, TK Burgers delivers. And if you’re someone who’s always wished In-N-Out had better fries, this place will probably win you over pretty quickly. Except for their service which is just “Meh”

The burgers are perfectly cooked, the fries are crispy, and the shakes are always on point. Even when it’s busy, the staff stays friendly and the service moves quickly. “I have been here a total of two times and it was enough to get me hooked. The first time I tried the patty melt with the bacon ranch fries and a snickerdoodle melt and aside from the nacho cheese on the fries (I prefer cheddar is all), all I can say is YUM 😋 Then the second time I had the spicy crispy chicken sandwich with garlic parm fries and a vanilla melt and oh. my. lanta is that sandwich aptly named. I have NEVER had something so perfectly crispy before 🤯 the fries were good, but a tad oily due to the seasoning for my liking and the vanilla melt was tasty. It's a but pricy, but I joined the rewards program and they seem to offer a lot of goodies.

The staff has also been pleasant each time I've gone which only helps enhance the experience.

“Went through drive through. Drive through menu looked a little worse for the wear but was readable. Place looked clean and the lady was very quick and efficient.
$8.50 for a breakfast burrito; it was huge and fed 3. The Pico de Gallo is great; I recommend three for this monster of a burrito though.

“This spot was actually recommended by my wife after she saw a TikTok about their breakfast burrito, so naturally we had to try it. We went specifically for the breakfast burrito and the first thing that shocked me was the price it was about $23 which honestly is wild for a burrito and that was definitely an initial turnoff. Size wise it is pretty much your standard breakfast burrito nothing massive or over the top so from that standpoint alone I would say it is not really worth the price, especially when you can get something similar elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. That said I do have to give credit where it is due because the flavor was really really good. The ingredients felt high quality and clean which you can tell they care about. The potatoes were cooked perfectly crispy on the outside soft on the inside the eggs were solid and the avocado was a nice touch. The cheddar cheese was not overpowering at all. The main protein was wild venison which definitely explains the price and honestly, that is where most of the flavor came from. It was juicy tender and surprisingly flavorful and that part impressed me the most. Overall, I would say it tastes great and the ingredients are solid but for $23 it is hard to justify as a consistent go to spot. Worth trying once especially if you are curious about the venison burrito but probably not something I would come back for regularly just because of the price.“

“I did order at terminal and take out. If you are using cc you can place your order at one of 3 computer terminals, grab a plastic number sitting next to the terminal, use that number when ordering. They will call that number, hand you your order and you are out. Currently they have the Dubai Shake which is the sides of the cup coated in chocolate and shake made with pistachios. It is a limited time shake and delicious if you don't have nut allergies. My burger was good, the basic Shake Shack burger.“

“Newport Beach in my opinion is one of the best beaches for young families. The beach itself is flat, easy to walk on, and continues out into the water. Small waves that run along the beach make it easy and confidence-building for the little ones. Very clean, bathrooms are close, and lifeguards are present and very active. Parking is the only factor that might take a bit. You have to cruise the parking lot to find someone pulling out.“

Hannah and the entire crew at Amarith Farmhouse Cafe are nothing short of amazing. I was scrambling last minute to find a Thanksgiving dinner for our church staff, and even though they were technically closed, they stepped in without hesitation to help meet the need.

Not only did they say yes, they made sure everything was prepared with care and personally delivered, ensuring our church team could sit down together and enjoy a true Thanksgiving meal. That kind of generosity, heart, and professionalism is rare.
