“This Jack in the Box location has changed my mind about Jack in the box. Their chicken sandwiches are hot and extra crispy. Everything seems so tasty, hot and fresh from this specific location. I dont usually care for Jack in the box either“
“💯👍👍 it all depends what Jack in the boxes you're going to. It all depends on the people but would I give it 100% two thumbs up? Or if I don't rate them at all it's because I didn't like the place. And so if the food is yeah the food is good when you need something to eat. That's why I only gave them four stars cuz they changed a lot since I used to eat there all the time. But there's places that you'll find people that are polite, nice, and always in a good mood. And there's ones that you don't find that are never in good moods and stuff too. You got to see it for yourself and weigh the options with everything here is polite. There is rude. You never know what you got to get and then you get the ones that don't care about you whatsoever that don't even want to work or be there to work. So like I said judge it for yourself. But the one I was just at service was good. Atmosphere was good. That's why I gave them a five-star rating on overall and four stars on the food because it's not made like you used to be“
“I love this jack in the box. It's the only jack I go to now. Most of the people are super awesome and always friendly. The food always feels right and hits the spot! Thank you so much for all the efforts most of you go through!! Stay fabulous (you know who you are)!!“
“Update 6.17.2026: they messed up my order, my chick n tater melt is missing the taters and a chicken patty. Came back showed them what happened and oh my goodness was she so nice and patient with me, very professional and understanding, resolved my issue in a instant im so thankful
Older review: They work too hard. Drive thru is faster. The McDonald's copy cat machine takes longer, these employees work too hard now. Food is awesome 👌🏻“
“Hot Ones The Last Dab dipping sauce is on fire! Which I love. I brought my mom here to get a burger and I saw this Hot Ones Sauce. I had to try The Last Dab! Right? The drive thru window employee told me to be careful. Then he gave me one package. I got a fish taco and tried it on that. I put about 5 dabs on one bit. It tastes really good and it truly is FIRE! This is for HOTTIES ONLY!!!! If you can’t take the heat, get out the kitchen. Don’t do it and hurt yourself. Lol, really though.“
“A nice guy named Antonio was very respectful, and took my order very politely and gentle, his customer service was very good he spoke with a good attitude and very very respectful, I’ve gone here a few times and others seem very rude and rushed especially a few of the females there, but this guy Antonio was very very polite gentle and made sure my meal was good.“
“Evlia at the Jack in the Box drive-thru was outstanding. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming from the moment she took my order. She was patient, spoke clearly, got everything exactly right, and made the whole experience quick and easy.
It’s rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in customer service. Even through a drive-thru, her positive attitude and professionalism were obvious. Employees like Evlia are a big reason customers come back. I hope management recognizes her for the excellent job she’s doing—she represents your restaurant very well.“
