“These 5 stars are SPECIFICALLY for EMILY. Since we've moved here Emily has performed immaculate and stealthy fast service in the drive-thru. I literally love when I get serviced by her because I know I'm going to be there and out as fast as possible. She works very quickly and somebody needs to give her a raise because she is the fastest worker I've ever seen willingly dedicated the food industry, A DRIVE THRU AT THAT! Come on. We all know what pains in the asses we can all be when it comes to food, and how impatient we get in the drive thru (just being real). Emily, I hope you never leave as long as I'm in the area, but I also wish way better (and the best) for you, because you deserve top pay with the way you dedicate yourself to your work, and that speed and dedication is going to take you far. Well done girly! Way to boss babe the hell out of a freaking jack in the box. You better take a picture of this and put it on your resume, because coming from a random stranger, I'd be begging to have someone like Emily on my team.“

“💯👍👍 it all depends what Jack in the boxes you're going to. It all depends on the people but would I give it 100% two thumbs up? Or if I don't rate them at all it's because I didn't like the place. And so if the food is yeah the food is good when you need something to eat. That's why I only gave them four stars cuz they changed a lot since I used to eat there all the time. But there's places that you'll find people that are polite, nice, and always in a good mood. And there's ones that you don't find that are never in good moods and stuff too. You got to see it for yourself and weigh the options with everything here is polite. There is rude. You never know what you got to get and then you get the ones that don't care about you whatsoever that don't even want to work or be there to work. So like I said judge it for yourself. But the one I was just at service was good. Atmosphere was good. That's why I gave them a five-star rating on overall and four stars on the food because it's not made like you used to be“

“Update 6.17.2026: they messed up my order, my chick n tater melt is missing the taters and a chicken patty. Came back showed them what happened and oh my goodness was she so nice and patient with me, very professional and understanding, resolved my issue in a instant im so thankful
Older review: They work too hard. Drive thru is faster. The McDonald's copy cat machine takes longer, these employees work too hard now. Food is awesome 👌🏻“

“Hot Ones The Last Dab dipping sauce is on fire! Which I love. I brought my mom here to get a burger and I saw this Hot Ones Sauce. I had to try The Last Dab! Right? The drive thru window employee told me to be careful. Then he gave me one package. I got a fish taco and tried it on that. I put about 5 dabs on one bit. It tastes really good and it truly is FIRE! This is for HOTTIES ONLY!!!! If you can’t take the heat, get out the kitchen. Don’t do it and hurt yourself. Lol, really though.“

The atmosphere inside wasn't that great. The floors were wet and slippery with no wet floor sign so please pay attention to your surroundings. Also the inside smelled of pee and mildue which might have been from a costumer but wasn't pleasant to be in.“
