My fiance and I come here very often. I always order through the app to not waste time. However today I ordered mini cinnamon rolls, and instead they gave me mini pancakes. I was not mad, I know mistakes happen. My fiance politely returned them and told the person at the counter of the mistake. They seemed really annoyed to have to make the cinnamon rolls and seemed more annoyed at the fact we made them aware of the mistake. Don’t really know if we’ll be returning now.
We all know about Jack in the Box. It's good and usually cooked the way we are used to having it there. This write-up is about the service. I want to say thank you to all the people at this Jack in the Box for always being helpful, patient, and courteous. You always get my order right, and you are always smiling, and I know that's not easy to do. Great service!!!

This J-n-B was a lot better than the one closest to my apartment. I ordered just 2 tacos and a small Dr. Pepper. It took a while for the tacos and the gal working the drive thru apologized to me several times for the wait. She didn't give me my drink until I got the food.Tacos at J-n-B are okayish no matter where you go. But overall, a nice experience.
