This J-n-B was a lot better than the one closest to my apartment. I ordered just 2 tacos and a small Dr. Pepper. It took a while for the tacos and the gal working the drive thru apologized to me several times for the wait. She didn't give me my drink until I got the food.Tacos at J-n-B are okayish no matter where you go. But overall, a nice experience.

My fiance and I come here very often. I always order through the app to not waste time. However today I ordered mini cinnamon rolls, and instead they gave me mini pancakes. I was not mad, I know mistakes happen. My fiance politely returned them and told the person at the counter of the mistake. They seemed really annoyed to have to make the cinnamon rolls and seemed more annoyed at the fact we made them aware of the mistake. Don’t really know if we’ll be returning now.

I want to say thank you to all the people at this Jack in the Box for always being helpful, patient, and courteous. You always get my order right, and you are always smiling, and I know that's not easy to do. Great service!!!

I was just given a raw homestyle chicken club through the drive thru, I had to throw it outyYou would like more information via a response. I could not go any further as I do not recall the exact date and time last week. What I remember is, I went through the drive thru last week, I bit into my homestyle chicken club and it was hard and cold on the inside. I found it odd to order the sandwich and by the time I got to the window 30 seconds later my sandwich was ready. It would have been impossible to thoroughly cook the inside of a chicken sandwich in such a short time period. I don't remember the date and time as I was disgusted and threw everything out as soon as I got out of my car including the receipt. It is my favorite chicken sandwich although I refuse to go to this Jack in the Box again. I will not allow the safety of food in your hands. Such a serious matter should have been followed up on sooner than a week later

Closes everynight for about 2 hours. Says open 24 hours but employees be closing it for longer than they should . Can never get food in the morning for work! So annoying.
