“Big, big thank you to Skylar tonight. We went in to give our dog his final dinner of French fries and an ice cream cone. Our dog is 15 and has cancer and we wanted to give him some treats before his final resting day. Skylar had the best customer service and took care of us in the most compassionate way. I was trying to not cry as I ordered our dogs last treat and she made me feel so comfortable with her. The note on the bag for our dogs French fries was the best surprise ever. I ugly cried outside as we fed our dog his ice cream cone. Thank you Skylar and to this Corona location for making this moment special.“

“We’ve been coming to this MOD Pizza location for years, and we’ve always loved the food and friendly staff. Unfortunately, our visit today was really off-putting. When we walked in, a young employee with curly hair (working alongside two other girls behind the counter) spat directly into the trash can located right in the line where pizzas are prepared. Public spitting is unacceptable anywhere, but doing it right in front of customers in an open kitchen area is completely unhygienic. If an employee needs to clear their throat or spit, they should step away to the restroom. I hope management addresses this hygiene issue with the staff immediately, as we’d love to keep coming back, but cleanliness and food safety need to come first.☹“

“I always love flame broiler. I went to this location (Corona) and there were two girls working by themselves and a bunch of people waiting. Some guest were so rude to them, but they were trying to get all these orders out. Right now places are hurting on staff because of the economy. Be nice to people, these girls did thier job and got all the orders out. Please, to the management and corporate, these girls are stars! They need to be reminded that by you too. Thank you for my lunch today.“

I asked for ranch after I was charged and the guy with glasses was so sweet to me! Customer service is always welcoming and efficient. Time I was there was on 8/2/25 5:14 pm. He charged me an additional 16 cents even though he wasn’t listening when the order was placed. Waited additional time for tofu bowl. Then he failed to give me any sauce. I didn’t realize the sauce was missing until I got home. Had to eat bowls dry. Pay attention Juan!“

“Evlia at the Jack in the Box drive-thru was outstanding. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming from the moment she took my order. She was patient, spoke clearly, got everything exactly right, and made the whole experience quick and easy.

They didn't have the pineapple shakes, but ordered the meal and had a chocolate frosty.

Honestly, the burger didn't have a special taste to it. That was sad. The burger tasted like their usual burger. Nothing special about the fries.

I did try dipping my fries in my shake and eating them. That was new and tasted great!

But there's places that you'll find people that are polite, nice, and always in a good mood. And there's ones that you don't find that are never in good moods and stuff too. You got to see it for yourself and weigh the options with everything here is polite. There is rude. You never know what you got to get and then you get the ones that don't care about you whatsoever that don't even want to work or be there to work. So like I said judge it for yourself. But the one I was just at service was good. Atmosphere was good. That's why I gave them a five-star rating on overall and four stars on the food because it's not made like you used to be“

“I grew up in NorCal where TOGO'S started out and I loved their sandwiches. Moved to SoCal and then they opened a store right near the university I went to - score!
Fast forward a couple decades and I had several unhappy experiences, so I'd pretty much given up.
Went to San Jose a few years ago to visit friends and they insisted I try a local Togo's. It was great - just as good as I remembered. Since then I've tried several stores near home and they've fixed whatever mistakes they were making at corporate.
I've only got two of them within 30 miles, but when I'm near one of them, chances are I'll drop in for a sandwich.
I do miss the bbq beef sandwich, though...“
