“I had an amazing experience at Carl’s Jr! The food was already great, but what really made my visit stand out was the worker who took my order, I believe that his name was Connor. He was seriously one of the nicest, most respectful, and helpful employees I’ve ever met. He had such a positive attitude, made sure my order was perfect, and just gave off great energy the whole time.

I ordered the Western Bacon Cheeseburger, and it was SO good-fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. But honestly, the way that worker treated me made the whole experience even better. He went above and beyond and made me feel like a valued customer.

Give that man a raise fr. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Walked into this Taco Bell and out of all the locations, this one had such a great atmosphere. Karry was super friendly and served our food with such positive energy after a long day at a soccer tournament. Great customer service definitely made the experience better!“

“Got out super late from work today and was trying to find a healthy dinner for the family. I got there 30 minutes before closing time to see if there was any food left, but all the options I was looking almost empty. The night manager told me that I can just order what I want and they will cook a new batch. 10 minutes later I wake out with a made to order family meal exactly how I wanted it. The night crew is amazing, I'll definitely be coming back here for a late dinner.“

“I went to The Hat to celebrate my buddy Gene's 80th birthday. The Hat is one of his favorite eateries. The place is CLEAN, the service friendly and efficient and fast, and the atmosphere friendly. The place was packed for lunch. I enjoyed their Pastrami Dip and yummy onion rings (small order, which was AMPLE!). Gene enjoyed his Steak sandwich and crispy French fries. “My order was taken soon as I approached register. The employee who took my order was a manager I'm pretty sure. He was very cordial, and accommodating! He kept a close eye on his employees, and gave a bit of guidance here & there, with a smile!The employees all seemed very plesant,and focused which created a tip top work environment! The drive thru was moving. He brought our food out for us, as he did for the other customers! The food was very fresh, burgers juicy, fries crispy & hot! Store was clean, soda area clean, bathroom old, but clean. Even smelled clean!“
