“It's good. Sometimes the food isn't always on par because it's burger patties are usually dry at night time. They also goof up the orders like not putting bacon in your bacon cheese burger. The staff on the other hand is amazing. It's just the food at night that isn't the best quality you want after an 8 hour shift.. 🙃“
“Went to JITB for Brunch after Church. They had both the kiosk order and in person order. We did the in person order. The Clerk was very helpful and friendly. He got our order in, we paid and he ran into the kitchen area and started the meals for the two orders ahead of us and our order. He was the only employee in the kitchen. In approximately 5 minutes he had the orders ahead of us and our order all done. The meal was hot and tasted good. Over all it was a good experience, I would eat here again. Thank You JITB for the good experience.“
“Outstanding and exceptional customer service from Rony at both the drive thru and inside the store. Rony has always acknowledged me and knows my order and name already, a very kind man. My order has always been accurate and usually read back. You can tell that the man works very hard.“
“The service provided by the one cook that was pretty much doing Everything was awesome. But I can tell you that the attitude and the fact that the main person at the front counter who didn't even acknowledge my group's presence is what got me not liking this place. Plus, that same person is serving me old curly fries with new ones on top. I saw the whole thing. The same person also wanted to give me tacos that had been sitting for who knows how long, but the cook did not allow that and gave me freshly made tacos and that is why I'm giving this place four stars. One out of the two employees on my first visit to this place was awesome. Unfortunately, too many Jack in the Box locations are starting to pre-make too many tacos and let them sit for too long. That shouldn't be allowed. Pictures are always priceless.“
“Absolutely great place for breakfast platter combo! 2 hash browns with choice of drinks and breakfast combo. I got a large iced sweet mocha coffee for just 1 dollar extra. Food is freshly made and steaming hot. Great value and fast service too!“
“I ordered 2 meals. The fries were not hot and were filled halfway. The chicken strips were good. The cheese burger was pretty good but a little heavy on the condiments. Something was happening in the kitchen because the order took really long to be completed.“
“The reviews complaining about waiting and deals need to learn to order on the app it’s 2026 that’s where it all is and your food will be ready when you pull up. Been here a bunch fire spot, kinda a pain to get in and out of but that’s like everything in the ie. Yeah they’ve messed up my order a couple times but I just told em and they fixed it instead of running here to complain like a weirdo, never heard em complain I mean mistakes happen. Would definitely recommend over the local McDonalds“
“I have been going here for many years….the staff for the most part are very friendly and accommodating.Every once inthe while I get a stick-in the mud or someone who is not a regular employee that doesn’t perform as well as the others…The food is usually prepared well and occasionally do they miss an item or don’t fix it as requested but overall very satisfied.. I do have an issue that needs to be addressed to corporate or franchisee…this is not the place for that…OVERALL pretty satisfied“
“Have a craving at 1:30am? Jack in the Box is there for you. Strawberry milkshake, jumbo jack (took a bite) and the Chili fries are amazing if you have a craving for a little heat. Service was fast and professional. Great job to the team at JB #3555 you delivered.“

“There was only one cashier for both the front and drive through. Poor thing was running back and forth while also bagging. Jack do better and add more people. I saw she was frustrated but tried to get everything out on time and she apologized multiple times for the wait.“
