“The best Jack In the box in riverside!! A young lady I believe her name was Esmeralda gave us great customer service last week my family and me came to this location and we are deaf and she did a great job with her sign language even if she didn't know a lot she still did her best in helping us as well as bringing our food to us she made us feel seen even if we can't hear and asking us if everything was okay that's something we will never forget way to go Jack In The Box!! We will definitely be returning and we fell good knowing this location has someone who Knows ASL!!🤟“

“As a truck driver, my truck broke down off the off ramp got a little hungry. I went over here expecting a one star service is because it’s LA to my surprise. My order was good. “This is a great Jack in the Box, I haven't had a bad meal at this location, that can't be said for other locations. They're quick, and my order is always correct. The dining area is always clean, including the restrooms.
Parking: They've got plenty of parking, you could park your big RV in the lot because there's enough room.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have 4 handicap parking spots with wheelchair access“

“Wasn’t too busy when I went in. Got me the extreme sausage breakfast combo. Any Jack in box I go to, I get that. Def my favorite breakfast item. This one did not disappoint. Quick service. Great food. Made perfect. Clean restrooms. All in all a good experience at this location.“

“Food here is good for fast food. Milkshakes are my favorite here and you can mix/match the flavors. If want can ask for chocolate and strawberry milkshake as an example. Nice thick real ice cream shakes. Syrup for chocolate and strawberry shakes though. So that knocks food to three stars. Tacos are my favorite item and cheapest on the menu, but taste good still.“
“I go to this Jack in the Box often, as it’s on my way home heading towards Moreno Valley. I enjoy each of the team members at this location—always respectful and polite.
Daniel is one of the young men at this location and he stands out because of how exceptionally courteous he is. Daniel remembers my name each time I come to the drive-thru, he recognizes my voice the moment I start to order, and he makes the time to ask how I am doing and wish me well.
I went inside to make my order this past Monday and I was completely impressed by Daniel. There was a non-verbal customer who was attempting to order but having a hard time communicating. Daniel stepped up and began using sign language to help this customer. I was truly blown away by his skill, patience, and kindness. I made sure to tell Daniel that he was the type of team member that give fast food chains like Jack in the Box a good name. A true leader with a bright future!

“I was very impressed with this Jack in the Box. It was very clean. The young man who waited on me was superb. Extremely polite, efficient and seem to value his customers. I wish I knew his name, but Jack in the box needs to do whatever they can to hang on to this guy.
The only thing I could possibly consider negative would be the parking lot. It shares a lot with the gas station, so there was a lot of In and Out traffic through the parking lot.“
“I live closer to the Jack in the Box on Blaine Street, but I gladly drive to this location because the customer service and food quality are consistently better. Every visit is a great experience- the staff is friendly, the orders are accurate, and the food always tastes fresh. It’s worth going the extra distance for the superior service and quality here. “We went through the drive thru, in the rain. They apologized and asked us to wait in the rain, and after waiting maybe 3 minutes the worker came out with our order, piping hot, apologizing for the wait and giving us a free fountain drink for a future order. Love this location!!“
