It's freezing cold inside the restaurant all employees were bundled up The service isn't very good they worry about the drive thru plus the dining room was dirty with sticky floors and dirty
My food was really fresh compared to other jack in the boxes in the area. Service could be a little faster, I don’t think it’s their fault. I did notice on this visit, there could have been a order mix up. Therefore the delay.
