“Most times i go here my food is nice and fresh. Fries are crispy and sandwich hot/warm. Which is always a plus for me. Customer service seems to lack a little on most employees except a young man with a nice comb-over. He's always the nicest one there. 10/10 customer service. Hes always smiling and polite. Other young people there who i come across are very rude. And dont seem to care about their customer service. Especially one young man with curly hair. Seems like he doesn't like his job at all. But all in all as long as the other nice young man is there this will be my go to jack.“

I want to give a special shoutout to two amazing employees.
Laura was my cashier - she was so friendly, professional, and welcoming. I noticed she was also mopping and keeping the entire store clean. You can tell she really cares about her job and the customers. Truly a hardworking person.
And Marisol in the kitchen - thank you! She made my 3 egg rolls absolutely perfect. Golden brown, crispy, and not burnt at all. She followed my special request exactly how I asked. It's rare to find someone who pays so much attention to detail.

“This location I have disliked for many years, I have lived back in this area for about 2 years now and I went yesterday after my kids got out of school . The gentleman at the drive-thru was amazing. Great customer service, he wasn't rushing you through your order. Let's just say he was super great that my two kids said Mom he's cool, can we tip him. I wish I could have, but I only had my card with me. And two weeks ago also a young lady with a very soft voice but great customer service.“
“Awesome taste of the quality of the food, totally stopping by when on a road trip or just taking a lunchbreak. If it's breakfast, make sure you have a yummy food and have breakfast. Jack or the Ultimate Breakfast with Bacon, eggs, melted cheese, and ham. MMMMMM!!! Totally recommended this place.“
“They say they close at 3 a.m. but you go at 2:30 a.m. and they're all on break joking and cackling about irrelevant stuff instead of taking orders terrible customer service.

“I came here for the philly munchie meal in the drive thru🙂 The food was pretty good for fast food. The drive through lady was really nice and I got my food really fast. She asked what sauces I wanted and gave them to me in it's separate sauce bag.🙂 She did forget the napkins and I also forgot to ask hehe😅 I know alot of jacks are poorly rated but I had a good experience today“
“I always come here after school and it’s worth it because sometimes the chicken sandwich always comes out fresh and always hits good. The Service is always nice and chill. I would recommend coming if you want a chill night and the only problem is the prices but overall it’s good.“

“Jack in the box is getting pricey omg! That being said I love love love their tacos for some crazy reason! I had the Bacon Swiss smash burger and not only did it look like the advertisement picture it was very good! Yummy! Patty was nice sized bacon crisp and brioche bun was perfect compliment to the burger! We also got Jalapeño Poppers (Always Good!)onion rings, chicken sandwich & an Oreo shake that was so creamy and thick! Almost $40 ugh!Service was ok but everyone inside looked bored .“
