“This location has been my go to Jack in the Box since I was a kid every time I'd visit family and friends. The food from there was always a yes whether we ate there or just took the food home to chill and relax; I have some great funny beautiful memories there and some awkward ones too. We're all human. I've met employees there that truly have made an impact in my life for the better and I'll forever be thankful to everyone that works there and knows how to be patient and kind even on awkward situations ❣️?? “Its always a hit or miss at fast food restaurants, depending on who's working and how busy they are. They do do a good job getting the job done just not what you want all the time. Sometimes drive through takes a long time and sometimes the inside takes longer it just depands. I guess try at your own riskKid-friendliness: Yes“
“I really enjoy JIB. I honestly dont have the best experience everytime. But once I get my food I dont have any complaints about it. Sometimes whoever is working the drive-thru is new or just incompetent, so theyll have some miscommuniation with which sauces I ask for. Pretty annoying, but all in all, JIB is a fav.“
“This specific one has really fast service! It's great when you're a mom on the go! I'm out less than 7 min from ordering. Food is always hot, although they should check the soda lines....I've has a few encounters with flat sodas.“

“I am working in this area for the next few months, and I decided to Survey the quality of service at local fast food on day one.I selected 4 out of 5 under food, because the Bacon was a bit over-done. That said, I was satisfied.Parking: The freeway construction is currently affecting the access to enter the freeway after exiting the drive through, and I am hopeful that there are plans to have better access to the freeway after exiting the drive thru.“
“Sooooo I rarely think to review major chain fast food establishments but I've been compelled. This specific location just does it better. Every person I've ever dealt with here is always in a great mood and very helpful. The place is clean even for being connected to a gas station and always being busy. And to make things better, the food is great... my sourdough jack is crispy every time! (The way it should be) It's almost as if the employees enjoy working here. Great job to the Management here and a big thank you to every single employee. When fast food is just a convenience is nice to be surprised like this.“
“Went here months ago when several of the local fast food restuarants closed before closing hours due to lack of staff. It was past 11pm and their appeared to be only 2-3 staff on duty. Their were a dozen cars in the drive thru, but we were through the line and with our food within 15-20 minutes. Furthermore, the male staff member taking our order was above-and-beyond helpful and positive. Finally, when we got our order it was accurate and delicious. What efficent and outstanding team. “It was 11pm on a Wednesday night and I really wanted a sausage croissant! donut shops are closed but Jack sells them ALL day long! That's a win in my book! This location is about 7 min away. I'm not sure why the reviews are so terrible. I was the only car until I ordered. The two who took my order were friendly and quick. The two guys that I paid with and that handed me my food were quick and friendly too. My food was hot! Especially those curly fries I haven't had in years! Croissant was still warm by the time I got home, it definitely hit the spot. I'll be back. Hopefully they don't remember me for always getting the same three items“
