Jack in the Box in Pomona

“Conveniently located right off the 60 FWY at Reservoir St and Walnut Ave with plenty of parking. I stopped by for a quick bite during the rush, ordering the Sourdough Jack combo with curly fries. The burger was warm and tasty, though the fries were a bit on the colder side, still enjoyable.
Service at the drive-thru was friendly and efficient; shout out to Alejandra for ensuring I had everything I needed for my meal on the road. I also love using the Jack app rewards program, it's a great perk! Overall, a good experience and I’ll definitely be back.“

Parking: Just drive through and go home. I always appreciate the people working at this one. They probably put up with some buttheads, but they've always been pleasant to me and the quality of the food has always been some of the best jack in the box I've had“

“We visited around 3pm and the women were very helpful with us and the elderly couple behind us in line who did not know how to use their debit card. The food was great and the fresh fries made it so much better. I like the table arrangement at this location, plus the sitting space is bigger at the booths. I will visit this Jack in the bkx location again.“

“I realize sometimes things happen and stuff can go wrong, but, they missed half of my drive through order. There were only two people in line and I was one of them so they weren't busy. I got my things and asked if that was all when they said yes so I drove off and checked the bag before I got too far away. I realized they forgot my gremlin box so I had to turn around and drive back to the Jack in The Box but at least I didn't have a problem other than they were closed right then and I was locked out. They listened to me through the locked door and brought me my food. Then when I got home I looked at my loaded mini tacos when I discovered they missed the loaded part, the guacamole and sour cream and other stuff they put on the top. It was only a dollar more but since they messed up my order already it was a little irritating. Otherwise, I love Jack in the box food no matter what! In their favor, they did give me a slice of cheesecake which I gave to a homeless guy outside the store. I love their cheesecake but he probably needed it more than I did.“

“Not in the greatest area and there’s typically at least one homeless person hanging out in the front, however this location has the best quality food compared to the other jack in the box in the area. It’s always fresh and never seems like it was just sitting under a heat lamp. I come here often for my lunch breaks. Staff is good as well.“

“A little bit dirty in the lobby. Great deal on tacos 2 for $1 about and I got large mint Oreos shake whip cream and cherry on top delicious. Very close to foothill Transit lines 195/291 love that I don't have a car. It's not far from other business and supermarkets.“
