A wonderful find. My wife and I had a wonderful dining experience at Sabatinos Italian Bistro this evening. Our server Frederico was professional and quite personable. We started our dinner with two glasses of wine and the bruchetta. The Talbot Chardonnay and the Dry Creek Cabernet were both excellent choices. My family of 5 often orders their family meal deal which is incredible (I think it’s worth noting that their Caesar salad dressing is top notch! One of my favorites.) but we went in for dinner tonight. The owner was as sweet as can be.. beyond warm and welcoming. Our food was delicious! Our pastas, pizza, caprese and the garlic knots were amazing. As my young children said, “this hit the spot”. 😂
