Meatball soup from heaven, perfect on a winters day. These are not like the meatballs you get at an Italian restaurant. They are mixed with rice and very gently rolled into large soft balls. Very delicate but also hearty and delicious.The soup is very flavorful with large chunks of potatos, carrots, corn, other veggies, and some red chili. The dish comes with tortillas, a little bowl of rice, and a side of freshly chopped onions and cilantro.
