Always great comfort food for me.
Nice Vietnamese restaurant with good value and decent portions. The food came out quickly and tasted great. The menu is extensive with lots of rice and noodle options. The staff are chill and you pay at the counter after finishing. Clean and nicely decorated interior, with outdoor seating as well.
I have been there several times and this is my favorite Pho restaurant in Irvine. While I normally eat beef, I liked the fish filet option.

Pho Saigon Pearl offers excellent Pho Vietnamese soup and dishes, with attentive servers and plenty of seating. Located near the Spectrum and Dave & Busters, it is a great stop before a movie or arcade visit. The restaurant provides a variety of vegetarian options and is family-friendly with high chairs available. Parking is convenient with handicap spots and multilevel parking. While some dishes, like the Beef bánh mì and Pho đặc biệt, have slightly decreased in quality, the freshly made bánh mì is recommended. Some customers have enjoyed the #52 - vermicelli with grilled shrimp and egg rolls, noting the nice crispiness of the egg rolls and varied textures. However, there have been comments about the sauce being bland and lacking flavor. Service can be hit or miss, with some finding it friendly while others felt it was quite invisible. Despite some drawbacks, Pho Saigon Pearl remains a good choice for convenient and enjoyable Vietnamese cuisine in Irvine Spectrum, with the added charm of a family-owned atmosphere.
