Similar to other reviews, I've had a few bad experiences with the service. On my most recent visit, I was asked to use the kiosk (there was only one person working, but nobody else in line). After ordering, I realized I was not asked for my phone number for rewards. When I brought it up with the staff member she matter-of-factly stated that the kiosk cannot support rewards info, like it was something I should have known. There was no support or assistance offered.
Immaculate cafe studying vibes and great coffee!
Not sure why but there’s been substantial changes recently and not all change is good. Used to be a friendlier staff, and much better environment. Now it’s a very cold atmosphere and makes it noticeable that prices are higher.
