This place is like a hidden gem in plain sight. I didn’t realize until just recently that Irvine has a Redstraw, and as I’d only tried the LA location once a couple years ago and couldn’t remember if I liked it, I was eager to try the Irvine location. Red Straw has become a favorite since going in this center years ago. My kids and I frequently stop in. The teas are flavorful. I will save to dial down the sweetness otherwise it's much too sweet in my opinion. There's never too long of a wait. The staff isn't rude but not outgoing.
